Great experience from start to finish! I could not have ask for a better experience in ordering, setting up delivery or the actual delivery, which was very quick. Tom & Corey were very polite, professional, and on time with my delivery. I felt very taken care of and I will definitely be a return client when the need arises.
What I liked best is that their delivery guys are in house and of course, I cannot forget their 5 star service received.
I am in love with our new Speedqueen washer, it is doing a great job!

Product selection...Excellent! Sales team...Excellent! Service....Just go somewhere else. Have had 2 repair issues since purchasing everything for our new home at the end of 2020. First, Viking range had back lighting that didn't work in Jan 2021. Had to order parts during COVID, I followed up 1 year later, no parts. I followed up 1 year later. Parts had come in months ago! But now they can't find them.....waiting on parts again. Now a refrigerator leak. They sent a repairman out and he could not get the unit disassembled to identify the part that was leaking. Bosch couldn't help, no one could. Paid service fee of $140 and they said they would work with All South to figure it out. 2 weeks later, still nothing. First repair company said they were not coming back. 2nd repair company comes. Identifies the part and will order it. Paid $240. I asked for a refund of the original repairman that could not take the unit apart. All South said sorry....No. I asked it to be escalated to her supervisor and have her call me. Supervisor sent a message through her girl assisting me that the answer is still no. The original repairman assessed the repair and was due the money. What? Now I am done. I told the associate I wanted the name and number of her supervisor and I would call her immediately. I called and no answer. Left a voicemail for her to call. NOPE. another voicemail. NOPE Nothing but crickets. Still waiting on part for both. For a Customer Service Manager not to respond is inexcusable. Her associate, Tiffany has been excellent in trying to help. It is ashamed that her boss doesn't do her job. Moral of this story is SERVICE makes this company not worth using.

Update to my earlier review. You can read below what originally happened. Dwayne Spearman is the manager. He called me and apologized for the mishap. He made things right. They took the other grill back, and sent a brand new one to my home to have their techs build it on site. The guys who came out did a great job, and walked us through some of the features of this grill. We are happy with the turnout and are grateful for their attention to making this right.
I chose to buy a very expensive grill from AllSouth. I could have bought it from Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe’s. I wanted to buy from local business and chose AllSouth. First visit was on a Friday. They had very little help on the showroom floor, and I had to wait quite some time to talk to someone. I already knew what I was wanting, but wanted to ask some questions about the grill. They didn’t have the grill I wanted on the floor. Needless to say, I didn’t get the help I really needed, so I had to refer to YouTube and other sources for the information. AllSouth is a designated and recommended dealer for Napoleon Grills. I brought my wife back the next day on Saturday, and again had to wait a while to get help. At this point, I was a bit apprehensive to even buy from AllSouth, but I gave them a benefit of the doubt. The grill I wanted was not in stock, so I was told I would have to wait a few weeks for it. I asked for assembly and delivery. It ended up being longer than what I anticipated to get the grill. Delivery was terrible. They put the grill on appliance hand truck and dragged it to our back yard on the side of the house. In the process, breaking at least on wheel. Once in the back and inspecting it, we noticed the front cabinet door appeared to be bent/crooked, and it was missing a power plug. This grill uses AC power to ignite a searing plate on a side burner, and it also has lights on the front. I really had no knowledge of how to use this grill and the delivery guys were no help. AllSouth has high end products, and you’d think with what I spent on this grill, I’d get more of a white glove experience. Wasn’t even close….it may as well came from a big box store. I called my sales rep about the damage, and he had their corporate office call to arrange delivery of the damaged and missing items to my house. I don’t know at this point, if they are sending someone to put the new door and wheel on or not. I’ve had it a week, and haven’t been able to use it. If this is an example of their customer service, I will not buy from them ever again. I would recommend you consider looking somewhere else before choosing AllSouth appliance. 3k may not be a lot of money to them, but to us it is. I am a disabled veteran and every penny counts. I am probably going to call and have them pick this grill up and get a refund.

This was my first experience buying from AllSouth Appliance Group. Dewayne Spearman and staff are awesome. After discussing my needs and budget for a new washer that went right to what was needed. I had a lot of questions since being burnt by the big box store on another purchase years ago. My questions were answered promptly and with integrity. The staff know there products!!
When my washer was delivered the crew was very polite, on time and setup my washer in less than 15 minuets. Hats off to the delivery crew.
My advise is stay out of the big box stores and see the folks at AllSouth Appliance Group Chattanooga. You will not be sorry!!

If I could give this place 25 stars, I would. I will never buy an appliance from anywhere else. The level of customer service I received is such a rare thing to find these days. Thanks to Rob and Isaiah for spending so much time with me and answering all my questions. The delivery team Corey and Mark were so courteous and thorough, taking special care to keep everything clean because they delivered on a day when it was pouring rain. If you are looking for an appliance, this should be your one and only stop.

I chose AllSouth because I wanted to patronize a local business. I hadn’t purchased a washer and dryer in over fifteen years and things have changed a lot. So I did all my research and went into AllSouth thinking I would be there for at least an hour and spend at least $2500. I was wrong- I walked out after twenty minutes, got a great deal ($1200); it will be installed on Monday, and the old unit hauled away. I went through a lot of angst for no reason. Thank you AllSouth. I wish you sold heat pumps.

I would never use this company again. We built a new home on Signal Mountain and our builder requested this company for our appliances. Our refrigerator, dishwasher and now stove have all broken or had problems within a year. We have the Monogramm appliances. Getting a service technician to come
Out is a nightmare. Josh- our builders rep is no help, and getting the store manager to return a phone call is awful. My son has food allergies so I cook a lot and need my stove. It’s been completely broken- will not even come on for two days and I have yet to get a response. Would NEVER purchase from them again, and I hope my builder stops referring clients to them.

Best appliance store ever - great delivery, too. Service personnel had problems based on prior setup (height of cabinet too low,, incorrect outlet, etc.) but they were able to install my washer and dryer and it works perfectly. Best pricing ever, too!! Sales personnel were always responsive, professional, and helpful. I'll use them next time I need an appliance (along with my extended family and friend).
