This is how our office operates: During every complimentary consultation, Dr. Coleman reviews your health concerns with you and if she can make recommendations for care, she will do so at that time. Each care plan is uniquely designed based on the individual needs of each patient and on the most current research on spinal correction. We make sure every patient understands the time and financial investment that goes into their recommendations BEFORE any services are rendered, that way any questions or concerns can be addressed before any commitment is made. In regard to your back pain, we understand how incredibly frustrating that can be. Healing takes time and repetition. Since you claim to have such a short time of care, you are missing a big component to that healing. It is hard to be certain of the specific circumstances of your case, since we have no record of you as a patient in our office. We sincerely hope you find some relief and wish you well.
