We had to say goodbye to our boy, Waylon. Despite how hard it was to do so, Dr. Shannon and her staff made the process very peaceful. Starting with the phone call, the receptionist responded to our appointment request promptly, and she was very empathetic. During the procedure, Dr. Shannon was very compassionate and comforting. She helped Waylon pass with no stress or pain. For such a difficult thing to go through, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to do it.

We just had to say goodbye to our 11 year old boy, DeNiro, yesterday. I called when they opened and we were able to get a same day appointment. The woman who answered the phone was exceptionally compassionate and caring. She walked me through the entire process and options and gave pricing for everything so there were no surprises. Dr. Shannon called when she was 30 minutes away and was so compassionate during the whole process. She explained everything, never rushed us and gave us some peace with her words. I can't recommend them enough for one of the most difficult decisions you'll have to make. Our boy was calm and he left this world so peacefully. Thank you Dr. Shannon and staff for being so wonderful to our DeNiro.

We want to thank Eternal pawprints for coming into our home and taking care of one of the hardest discussions we have ever had to make. We were very moved with the whole experience. It was nice to hear the veterinaries story about her fur baby. We both experienced the same fur baby illness that is very rare. She was very helpful with everything. The vet that came to our house to help with our Twoey's passing was patient, compassionate and kind. Explaining everything and giving us plenty to time. This service is a godsend, so much better than having to stress out your pet and yourself, by driving to a vet on their last day, you can spend the time calmly with them at home.

Eternal Pawprints and Dr. Shannon were a godsend to me and my family during such a difficult time. As a veterinarian myself, who emotionally just couldn’t be the one to do the procedure and wanted my little beagle to be in his own home for his last moments, Dr. Shannon was so compassionate and professional. Her whole visit went just how I want it to for all my own patients and their families. I highly recommend her services for any family that need hospice care for their pet or in home euthanasia.

We used the services of Eternal Pawprints when it was time to say goodbye to our 14 year old dog. Eternal Pawprints and Dr. Shannon helped our sweet boy pass very peacefully. It is such a hard thing to go through and decision to make but she helped us through every step. It was a much better experience than we had with taking a previous family pet to a vet for same reasoning. This was a very emotional time for us, however I knew that I was not going to have my girl euthanized in a Vet's office. Eternal Pawprints offered the alternative we were looking for. No one wants to have to use a company who does this. But THANK GOD for them. Dr. Christina works evenings for families that find they have a night time emergency. She was so kind and caring. She explained every step and gave us plenty of time to spend with our boy. Everything she did and said felt very thoughtful and warm. The best part of this experience is that we didn’t have to traumatize our sweet boy with a trip to the emergency vet but instead got to spoil and love on him until the very end. It is a daunting task to write a review about one of the saddest moments in one's adult life, but as I look back at our experience with Eternal Pawprints, I feel it was handled with the utmost dignity, sensitivity, and professionalism. Our beloved Ace was a GoldenDoodle just shy of his fifteenth birthday who had grown progressively weaker, incontinent, and unable to sleep at night. He could no longer tolerate walks without falling frequently and needed lifting to get to a standing position. Eternal Pawprints' literature helped us realize that euthanasia was the correct step. Dr. Shannon came to our house and in the comfort of his favorite front hallway, eating his favorite liver-snacks, our four-legged family-member peacefully moved on. We are still raw from the event which was only three days ago, but both my wife and I are thankful at the gentle handing of the experience by Eternal Pawprints.
