My contact, Judy Baker, was professional with extremely timely (over a weekend!) communications. I choose to sign the deed at their office. Logun accommodated my schedule and the deed was signed with 15 minutes. Judy sent me the fully executed and filed deed the next day! Don't hesitate to call this firm. After contacting several and waiting for call-backs I tried here. So glad I did. Judy was so helpful in assisting with the Lady Bird Deed. She answered all my questions and anticipated by informing me of details I hadn't asked about. That's diligent. So, it was pretty painless. After gathering my info they researched the property. Judy talked to me about my needs and it was a very short wait until the paperwork was ready. A notary was present in their office...and witnesses. Can't ask for more convenience and reliability.

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know that Attorney Judy Baker is wonderful to work with. I contacted her about a week ago and she responded back quite quickly. I told her what I wanted to do. She did a ton of research on my behalf, calling the county and starting from scratch. When we talked she gave me some very good advice as I move forward, and some things I needed to consider and how it could impact me financially. She's very easy to talk to, another plus. in my opinion. I will be calling Attorney Baker again in the future because she also told me her sister company handles title work and because I found her so easy to work with and talk with she's got my vote!
