He even came out over the Labor Day holiday weekend to trouble shoot a problem we were having with our heater, obtained the necessary part, and promptly completed the repair. Eric will tell you what needs to be done to properly maintain your pool, provide an estimate, and deliver exactly what he promises on time and on budget. This was our first season as a Peerless customer. We never enjoyed our pool more and we’ll be using their services next season!

Highly recommend Peerless pools, we have used them for the last 2 summers and I can't say enough. Pool was always perfect and if I had a question or ran into any issues with equipment they were out immediately and remedied the problem.

2023 was the second summer we used Peerless Pools; and I’ll be using them for 2024. They do a great job of coming out weekly, checking and cleaning the pool and correcting any little issues that arose. I use them, will continue to use them and I recommend them to anyone who needs a good pool service.

Very reliable.

This was probably the worst experience we have ever had with a sub contractor in South Jersey. Signed a contract with Eric Poolerco this year and last year. Had problems with a heater last summer. He replaced it and we paid him for it. His weekly service was completely sub-standard. Every time we had a problem he would ignore us. No response. When he finally got back to us he said he "quit" "sorry for the bad news". Left us with a green pool and a bad heater that is under warranty. I told him we had a contract.....again no response. He is a "hot head" and has no customer service skills. Beware, we are still trying to get the balance of our contract fee back since we had to pay "up front". Catherine Cordero Ocean City New Jersey

Eric Poolerco has been servicing our pool in North Cape May since we bought our house about 2 years ago. He has been very responsive and reliable and always spend the time to walk me through what is needed and give me recommendations on how to best maintain our pool at a reasonable cost. We had to resplaster our pool this past year and he was instrumental in connecting us with the best company and helped us through the whole process. I definitely recommend his services.

Eric, Poolerco, LLC is a professional who services pools. After the first summer of COVID, there were less and less options for the various services. It only took me one (1) call to be recommended to Poolerco. Called another very reputable service and hey recommended Eric. He return my phone call within less than 24 hours and the rest as they say "is history. I explained the situation with the property in North Cape May, Eric managed to set time aside t take a look; explained his scope of services and was hired on the spot. NEVER ONCE DID I NEED TO FOLLOW UP wondering if he was going to show up. And each project or service of the visit was completed always with fabulous results. That was the 2020 experience. 2012, the home was sold and the homeowners were so pleased with Eric/Poolerco LLC. they highly recommended to the new owner to keep using his service because there wasn't one the new owner would find as knowledgeable and, moreover, responsive than Eric. I have been in the property business for ten (10) years, on very rare occasions have there been services as professional; responsive and dedicated to making the customer service experience the priority. There were only five (5) stars .... wish there were five more (5)
