I went there with my cousin to pick up our food and the 2 girls working in the front did not believe that the food was ours and asked for a confirmation number. Seriously. This was the dumbest thing I have ever seen. They would not give our food until the confirmation was given to them. I understand it may be there job but do not make it seem that people are there to steal others foods. It’s sickening My cousin just spent so much money on 2 businesses down the road and spent way more than the food he bought. Lol I’m other words he did not need to steal. This was a horrible experience for someone visiting their family and to see them being accused of trying to steal food. PATHETIC

Horrible service. Even though food is good they are rude and suspect you of stealing the damn food. The girls from my office ordered food and I went to get it and they made me go get the confirmation number for food that I paid for and ordered. Pathetic. If really people do that is sad but this blame on me was unnecessary and awful. Go to any other iPads other than Rangeline one in Carmel. They will suspect you of stealing others food.

Bad customer service. And for a $15 dollar salad food is not worth the price. Don’t waste your time or money being treated poorly and terrible communication between staff and customers.

Got a to-go order and it was fabulous!

Haven’t been to this location in a long time, it has really gone down hill. Overall the restaurant, and the food handling was just dirty. I ordered first and my food was set by the cash register, While waiting on the rest of my families order to be prepared I swatted gnats away from my food. There were gnats all over the veggies in the containers. The server never changed gloves, after picking a tray up from the floor, working the cash register, and touching everything in the back, she then went directly to the Parmesan bread and handled it with the same dirty gloves. When get silver wear, there was hair/fuzz on my fork, after looking closer it was because the metal container had a half inch of dirty gunk in the bottom. Once ant the table, all the pasta and meats were cold, the only thing hot was the bisque. I figured this because there was random meets/pasta setting everywhere All the tables & floors were covered in food and the gnats were all over the dinning area as well, we kept a hand swatting the entire time we tried to eat. This place needs a deep cleaning, better training and someone monitoring the temps. Let’s hope we don’t get food poisoning 🤮

Great food, great service!

I have been coming here with my family for many years now. Service has always been wonderful as well as the meals. I will always recommend this place to anyone as my first nutritious option. Finally, chef Karl has always paid keen attention towards the atmosphere and customers. We have always enjoyed his presence and humor!

I recently moved to Indy from Cali and this place is 2 minutes from my condo. They are friendly and food is pretty good. The nice young lady who rings me up is so pleasant and sweet. I’m not sure what her name is but I believe it’s Ella. She is a great employee !

Wonderful service, friendly staff, clean store and bathrooms, and you can’t beat the price for the quality of the food! Always fast and tasty.

I don't usually go to this Piada location but since switching jobs and working in Carmel I've heard about this one, but haven't had the chance to try it yet. I went in and everyone was so nice and so friendly. The wait staff was so attentive and absolutely amazing. My food came out in good time and I felt so full and refreshed after my meal. Definitely a good spot for some after workout food. I recommend stopping in and giving them a try if you haven't already.

Love the place. Interesting, tasty, very fresh food… always consistent. Comfortable…nice people. Perfect place for lunch. Different, gourmet-style casual, quick food.
