I highly recommend Ride Stat for your transport needs. My experience was stress free, thanks to the excellent care provided by this company. From my very first phone call to taking me to the ER in their immaculate vehicle, and staying with me until the nurse told them they could leave. Not leaving me alone meant everything to me. David the owner, was caring, patient, answered every question I had and kept me updated every chance he had as to when they were arriving. His colleague Christine was all of the above and more. She made sure I had all the necessities like my insurance info, even my house keys, She went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and safe, very gentle with me. Both David and Christine treated me as one of their own. I have been diagnosed with cancer since that ride and I will absolutely be using Ride Stat again in my journey to fight this disease.

I would highly recommend RideStat for anyone in need of non- emergency transportation. They were a blessing for me in transporting a dear friend with dementia. She can be difficult but she was handled with compassion and care. Thank you very much RideStat.

I was referred to RideStat by a family member and could not have had a finer experience.
David was requested to transfer me from my mother in laws house which has no stairs, back home to our condo which has stairs.
I have recently suffered a fractured pelvis and thus the stairs were my challenge.
David arrived right on time for the pickup and was the epitome of professionalism.
His courteous and friendly manner immediately put my wife and myself at ease with David and for the transfer.
Upon arrival at the condo David assisted me up the stairs and made sure I got safely situated inside after which he helped my wife unload some bags from her own vehicle, my wife having recently also had a fall and is recovering from a broken femur.
Both my wife and myself cannot say enough about this young man and his company and I would highly recommend this affordable, courteous and extremely professional organization to anyone needing their assistance.

We used RideStat to go to 4 locations recently. David, the owner made us comfortable and at ease in his clean modern Transport Van. I highly recommend their services and look forward to using them again soon.

The transport arrived on time and the driver was professional, very courteous, personable and careful with getting my husband situated in their wheelchairs David, the owner, went above and beyond to coordinate the plan for a seamless trip for my husband.
He understands the emotional time our family is going through.

RideStat was the only company for nonemergency medical transportation with a five-star review. I can say they lived up to all the reviewer's experience. RideStat is my go-to moving forward. My dad’s insurance company contracted transportation services is the worst. I know I did not want to depend on them to get him to and from his chemotherapy. However, Ridestat was the only choice. The communication was amazing. I highly recommend this company. Both drivers were courteous, and reliable, and went above and beyond the job title.

David is very polite, professional and has wonderful customer service skills. I want everyone looking for a ADA driver to let them know he is the one for them!!!!

We contacted RideStat to arrange for a ride for a wheelchair-bound client to be transported from a nursing home to a doctor’s office. We found RideStat through a Google search. The reservation process was easy and we received a confirmation of the ride appointment via email. The day of the transportation we received a text that the driver was on his way. The driver arrived a couple of minutes early and was professional and polite and the van was clean. The driver carefully placed the pass made in his transport van and carefully and gently secured the wheelchair in the van. The driver drove the client to the doctor’s office and efficiently removed the client from the van. The price of the transport was reasonable. This was a great service experience and I recommend RideStat without reservation.

David was exceptional from the moment we contacted him to assisting my sister-in-law to the moments of pickup and drop-off. He was communicative, professional, and took great care in attending to our family. I would highly recommend RideStat!

Hired RideStat for the very first time, to transport my parents on Christmas Day. Mom uses a walker and dad a wheelchair. I was very happy with every aspect of the service. First call I spoke with David and got clear answers and an email confirmation. No waiting on hold or being funneled to a call center. I was able to communicate with phone and text, even on Christmas Day when my parents were ready to be picked up.
The van was pristine and arrived perfectly on time for both trips. The van had an electronic lift which made it super convenient for my parents. The wheelchair was securely attached to the van floor to keep it from moving. Synthia was the driver and she was so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend the service. It made things so easy and the price was competitive. Added a photo(blocked portions for privacy). Dad was smiling and waving in the photo.

RideStat and David, our driver, was excellent in transporting our Mother (who is in a wheelchair) to an appointment. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and careful. The van was very clean and safe. I would use RideStat again and highly recommend them for handicapped transportation needs.

David the driver was very polite, felt safe with his driving, the vehicle is very clean and comfortable, I will use him again. He was on time. And I will suggest him to other people that need his service!

David and his partner are amazing when it comes to their care for their patients and the family. They’re very accommodating great sense of humor always on time and pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

David and Cynthia are top notch people and the services they offer are as well. The vehicles provided are up-to-date and very comfortable. The pickup and return from the destination went smoothly. Also, the driver waited throughout the appointment in the parking lot which was wonderful not to have to worry about calling them back and wait more. What a pleasure it is dealing with RideStat.

If I could give Ridestat and David 10 stars I would. David was the hero of the day with my last minute call to him to pick up my wheelchair bound brother. We had called Yellow Cab and were waiting for 3 hours outside for them to find us a ride. Fortunately for us David was available when I called him and arrived shortly thereafter. His van was clean and equipped exactly as you would expect for someone who has to stay in a chair. To put the cherry on top, David was a super nice guy and it was evident in the care he showed my brother that he loves what he does. Ridestat is our new go to for any transportation needs my brother has. You should use them too. You won't be disappointed.

I needed a medical ride very last minute. Emailed on a Sunday and had all of my questions quickly answered and appt set for Monday.

I called 3 other services. 2 have still not responded and the other was $20 more.

I received a text from my driver stating let her know if I’m out earlier. I was! And she was there 20 min later. Kind, professional and courteous (all things you need if you don’t have a loved one to pick you up after a procedure!)
