The customer service at Whole Body Wellness is the gold standard. Each time I come in for my appointment, I am greeted by name with a smile. All of the doctors know me by name as well (even the ones I do not see regularly). The staff is very kind and walk you through all of your questions. During your initial consultation, you receive a full body scan that not just assesses your bones, but your nerves and stress levels. You then receive an explanation of the results and an adjustment for your follow up appointment. The level of knowledge, ability, care, intentionality and professionalism is what continues to impress me about Whole Body Wellness. And I recommend them 100%.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I specifically asked to work with only female specialists and they agreed and let me work intimately with males after this request. Then would not schedule me for days after the first consultation. Also cameras in the changing room are WILD

It was our intention to have our awesome female chiropractor perform your adjustments. Unfortunately, your schedule conflicted with hers. Yes, we have security cameras throughout the office for the safety of yourself and the doctors. Your safety and privacy is our highest priority. If you need to change in the exam room, we have a barrier wall to change behind for your privacy and/or you may use the restroom to change in. I love this place AND the team that works here. It feels like a family from the moment you walk in the door. I didn't even think I had a back problem and wanted to go just for maintenance. Turns out I was actually living in pain and didn't realize it. Now that I have started my adjustments I feel better than I have in a long time. I thought I was just getting older and accepted the aches that came with being in my 40s. I also decided to start the weight loss program and can share that I have hit a big goal in my first two weeks that I haven't been able to hit in years. So thankful for this program, I'm looking forward to seeing what's next. I feel great and am so thankful.

I've been to a few chiropractic places in Riverside this year and I just didn't feel at home either in the waiting area or just the general vibe. But I have loved my time with Whole Body Wellness chiropractor from the very beginning! From the Soft ambience music, to the peaceful decor. Every person got the memo on how to quietly and peaceably interact with people. When people come to a chiropractic place it's because they're in pain or need a peaceful place to get aligned and feel like themselves again. Full body wellness understands the environment that you need and the chiropractors mannerisms are just so amazing. What a blessing! Also! I don't want to forget to add, they are so modern on their technology! I was very impressed by the technology that they utilize here.

After struggling with chronic pain for years I finally found hope while visiting Whole body Wellness. The relief I found even in the first month was life changing. I had been seen by traditional doctors who pushed medication and didn’t help overall. I felt hopeless in my pain and it was affecting my daily life. I finally have a sense of relief and have a treatment plan that is easy to follow. I trust Dr. Ashely and all the other providers in the office. Dr. Ashley has been so wonderful and is very knowledgeable. I have added my children for treatment as well. We have had success and found the answers to treating our migraines, GI issues , back pain , TMJ, etc…I have so much to say! The office staff is also incredible!! We feel like family at Whole Body Wellness and Chiropractic!

Whole Body Wellness Chiropractic staff are very polite, professional and knowlegable about their job. Dr. Danny has been my doctor, He made me and my husband feel very comfortable with the presentation regarding my future treatments. The treatments has help my sleeping, my posture has improved and has helped improve my digestive system. I recommend Whole Body Wellness Chiropractic anyone looking for a good caring and professional Chiropractors, and I highly recommend Dr. Danny Mendez, but all of their doctors are very highly trained and will give you the service your body needs. Their new locations environment is always clean roomie, and the air conditioner works very good with these high temperature we've been having in Riverside.

I was specifically told I wouldn’t have to get an xray to be treated and then they had me go through all the other scans and then told me I couldn’t be treated if I didn’t get the X-rays. Would not recommend.
