I had an issue with my AC unit and called Spectrum AC for help. They sent a tech out after hours (think Techs name was John) and he was fantastic. Very professional, honest and efficient. He even performed some additional services at no cost which was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Spectrum AC to my friends and neighbors as I had a very nice experience.

I called Spectrum AC to have my main AC unit inspected. I had another AC technician from another company inspect and repair the system just two months ago. Antonio showed me exactly what was wrong with the system, showed me where he cleaned the coils and reconfigured the overflow valve to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Antonio was on time, courteous, and it was only a couple hundred dollars to fix something. I thought it was gonna be really expensive. I would highly recommend Spectrum AC to anybody. This was a very pleasant experience and the technicians were professional and personable!! They kept the time frame and completed the task without any difficulties, considering how high up it was 40' THEY WERE AWESOME!! I had been trying to find a great AC company since my long term guy retired. My neighbor just had her AC replaced by Spectrum AC, and raved about them! I also found out my best friend had Spectrum replace her unit, also. She said they were the best around, and I agree! Arrived right on time, went up on the roof of my condominium bldg to check the compressor, and had an estimate for a new unit the next day!
Having dealt with several different AC companies before Spectrum was recommended to me, I was extremely pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly everyone was.
My new AC unit is quiet & very efficient.
It took them a short 3 hours to take out my old unit, & get my new one in & running!
Great company, with great people, and pricing!
Highly recommend!!

I have been having a humidity problem in my upstairs for quit some time. I had called my primary A/C service many times with no improvement. Spectrum A/C was recommended to me by a respected contractor in this area. I called and the service was beyond any expectation I could have had.
To start, the office is efficient with the scheduling.
Jason and Chris arrived promptly and took respectful care of my home to provide the proper care of my units. Their work was thorough and they cared to make sure the problems were addressed. There was conscientious follow up and they were helpful with their suggestions.
My problem was solved. The work was competed on a Friday but I received a follow up text to make sure
the units were working properly and that the humidity was under control.
I am grateful and I highly recommend Jason and Chris and this company!

HVAC problems almost never go away when multiple units are involved but with Spectrum AC service available they can be professionally, thoroughly minimized or taken away. Just a phone call handles 1 or multiple ac problems. Call them about your HVAC problems!

After having a/c issues for over a month that our a/c company couldn't get fixed, Spectrum came out and got one of the running right away and should have the 2nd one up and running today. Very happy!
