I use Tehnicare for many needs. Gutter cleaning this time. No need to be home. Left water available in faucets and they cleaned while I was out.

Arrived on time. Early actually. Explained everything and went to work. Carpet and couch looked great. I will definitely use them again.

We use Technicare for many years for our window cleaning as well as cleaning and sealing our patio. Always reliable and fairly priced, the service people are friendly, cordial and respectful of our property as well as us.

Ray is a great guy! He’s got a ton of knowledge and open to solve any problem you may have around the house regarding flooring or carpet.

All the Technicare crews who have serviced different areas of our home have been efficient and courteous, arrived on timee and completed the work in a very professional manner. The following are the typical jobs Technicare has done for us yearly for about a decade: Carpet cleaning; window cleaning; gutter cleaning; chandeliers, ceiling fans and tall mirror cleaning; and high display shelves cleaned. Note: the chandeliers were completely dismantled and each prism (about 200 +) was hand-polished. ALSO: as Christian was cleaning the highest areas, he carefully handed down silk plants and window scarves so I could wash them as he washed windows. Then we reversed the process and he replaced the plants and scarves exactly the way I liked -beautiful and I didn't even need to climb a ladder! (Some of the window treatments hang near the top of a 20' high vaulted ceiling--great job, Christian-Thank you!) Thanks to Tecnicare we can safely enjoy a comfotable, clean home. Karen Hausladen
