Tyled helped me with my laptop to set up my email and I have just recently utilized his services to fix my email that was going into spam. Tyler quickly got to the bottom of my Outlook/Gmail/Windows11 integration problems, removed my errors, removed the MS road blocks (OneDrive) and restored my access to classic Outlook. He’s a friendly, collaborative expert who doesn’t waste your time. Better than corporate IT support guys I used to rely on, and light years better than Microsoft or Google help pages. He will be my go-to resource from now on.

My computer crashed and I spent 3 days trying to fix it myself.
I can figure out most simple tech problems on my own but I ran into one that I needed help with. I went on google to find a local IT or tech that could help and I found Tyler. I gave him a call and we set up a time to have him take a look. The experience was a fast response and follow through at great prices. I've had dozens of computers in my lifetime and that means I've had lots of issues with them over the years. Many of the repair companies out there (especially here in Florida) make promises they can't keep, up charge you for extra unneeded services or just don't know what they're doing. Tyler had everything fixed as promised in a just a couple hours. I'm hard to impress but I was impressed today. Thanks Tyler.

Fast response and follow through at great prices. I've had dozens of computers in my lifetime and that means I've had lots of issues with them over the years. After reading Tyler's reviews I gave him a call and we set up a time to meet and take care of the problem. I dropped my computer off at his office and he had everything taken care of in just a few hours. I was impressed and happy with the price. He's a sharp kid. I say kid because he's probably my sons age. I'm hard to impress but I was impressed today. Thanks Tyler.

This is THE BEST tech support company ever. As a non tech person of seventy years old, to find such a helpful and above and beyond service is a godsend.
Not only did they personally go out and buy a new computer for me when mine crashed, they recovered all my data and installed what I needed AND followed up when I needed extra help.

Tyler was absolutely incredible. I called in Sat at 11 and he was on site at 12:30. He helped service an Airbnb we own so we weren't even home. He diagnosed the problem quickly, then ran to Best Buy to get a new modem for us, set it up, and kept up communications with me the entire time. Super professional, and definitely knows what he's doing. Will be our go to for tech support goinh forward. 5 stars all around!!
