Jimmie and his crew were awesome. The communication was great and there were some issues with my carpet personally that they fixed. I work from home some days, and they were very respectful of my space, time, the need to be on phone calls, et cetera. Price was right and I will definitely be using Voda in the future. Also, I don't usually do winter carpet cleaning, but this dried quickly! Wonderful service.

This was the best job of carpet cleaning ever done at our home, our carpets look brand new! We have pets and an older carpet. I could not believe how clean our house smelled when I got home. Our experience with Voda and especially Jimmy and Kevin working in our home was delightful.They were dependable, they were at our home at the time the gave us. They were diligent when they were here, taking care to contain the dust and cleaning up at the end of each day. My rental's water heater broke and I was in an "oh sh%$" moment when I called Jimmy at Voda Cleaning and Restoration. He was there 10 minutes after I arrived on the scene and he got to work right away removing the water. I felt like I was in good hands through the entire process and I am grateful I had his number on hand. They did a full drywall cut and dry out of the basement to prevent mold from growing and they did it within a week. They also went to bat on my behalf with the claims adjustor. They recorded the entire restroation with pictures and measurements and they were on site to to spaek with the claims adjustor. Their service was above and beyond.

Jimmy and his Voda team bailed us out of a flooded basement. He arranged a plumber who cleared our drain, cleaned and disinfected floors and shelving, and left us in better condition than we started in less than a business day. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service, efficiency, and professionalism! Would highly recommend!!
