I had an emergency situation where the rug doctor I rented from Publix dispersed a ton of water onto my rug, but would suck any dirty water back up! I took it back and got another machine that also didn’t work(at 8pm). I’m familiar with these machines so it wasn’t user error! I called Voda at 8am next day and they were able to send someone out same day! I had 3 rooms cleaned and wow! Ian was my professional and he was awesome! Informative, friendly and thorough. I did the pet deodorizing cleaning. My carpets and area rug look brand new and he got all the urine smell out of my rugs!! (Doggie with potty issues). Highly recommend Ian and Voda and I’ll be using them again! Thanks Ian for such a great cleaning and excellent experience.
