Scam place. Ordered 1x 3.3, only deliver over 9 hours later! Previously agreed on 5pm, then no show and we agree on before 7:30, still no show. Calls me after I text him multiple times, claiming that his driver had been in an “accident”. Finally 9 hours later he comes but gives me the wrong product 3x 615. I immediately call back, he should have been on my street still. He only texted back 15mins later and claims it’s “equivalent”. Stops answering all texts and calls after saying he’d “explain” and to stop calling only text because he’s “on a call”… He misdials and I hear him in a room talking with others. Clearly he did not want to come back for exchange when I told him I hadn’t even opened anything yet. BTW they don’t provide balloons either lol. What a scam.

Terrible service and false advertising. Ordered at 12am friday night after being told it would be 30 minutes (Web site advertises 20-25 minutes) nearly an hour later was told "Almost there" again 30 minutes later after no delivery I ask for an update and receive a call saying there was an incident and they now have a new driver collecting stock in North Melb which is roughly 20 minutes away, again 30 minutes later ask for an update and states he'll share live location to which he still hasn't left North Melbourne, check it 20-30 minutes later and he's now all the way in Kealba which is further from North Melb than my delivery location and is still being unresponsive. First time using one of these services and won't ever use them again, I was lucky they were delivered at all. Don't advertise 30 minute delivery times if you can't deliver, be honest about your service.

I’m a Pakistani girl and these guys are very disrespectful. Never on time. They don’t know how to respect women from their own country but quick to have their crocodile tears if told to be professional. I am both anti-racism and anti-sexism, you better go and learn some manners from your people. Dont buy from them. Unprofessional fragile men.
