Right from the first enquiry through to post battery installation they have been prompt, proactive, flexible and helpful in providing a competitively priced solution in a timely manner. The installation was done professionally with the installers keeping us informed of what they were doing and leaving a tidy site when they finished. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to add a battery to their solar panels.

I spent months investigating the pros and cons of having a solar installation on our former farm here in west Wales. We wanted to be essentially ‘off grid’ so a solar array and batteries were clearly the way to go. Having looked at numerous battery manufacturers only the Tesla Powerwall 3 appeared to have the specifications to manage this, given their unique ability to handle a much higher peak demand than other batteries. Having decided on the hardware the much tougher task was which company to select to supply and install. I contacted a few from the approved installer list however there was a delay in the PW3s coming into the country. Ryan’s team at Nano-Protech noted my enquiry and called me back as soon as stock hit the U.K. (they appear to have a very good relationship with Tesla) They sent a surveyor (free of charge and no obligation) all the way across the country to discuss our options on site. This was invaluable, as given our rural location and space we were able to plan a substantial array linked to two PW3s, additionally Ryan managed to secure, from our network operator, the maximum permitted single phase export permission. We were kept updated on progress leading up to the install. The two man team led by Dan Henson carried out the install over a couple of very long days (Dan was still running cables and doing prelim work at midnight!) The workmanship was exemplary, (check out the photos) The price for supply and install was extremely competitive. (Nearly half the price of another quote which was offering inferior hardware). Given the financial investment, it is also vital that you select an installer that offers good follow up support. So far I can’t fault Nano-Protech, Ryan responds promptly to queries and Dan has offered technical advice not only on the install but on wider electrical solutions. There are a lot of Solar installers about these days but in my experience it would be hard to beat the service and value for money offered by Ryan, Dan and the team at Nano Protech. Highly recommended.

I did a lot of research before picking my top five companies, after the surveys I went with NanoProtech and couldn’t have been happier from start to finish! Price, workmanship and customer service was brilliant!! Even when everything was finished the aftercare from Ryan was excellent! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

All NanoPro-tech staff dealt with the whole process professionally and with courtesy from quotation through to completion of installation. The whole system was set-up as required and the installers took me through the installation and set-up of the Tesla app. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Used Nanotech to install my Powerwall 3. From initial discussions with Darren to the install with Dan and Spencer. I found the experience very easy. Even had a courtesy call from Darren on completion of the fit, to see if all went well, which was appreciated. Would recommend the company if you are looking to have a Powerwall 3 fitted. Looking forward to making some savings on my electric bill now.

Throughout the entire procedure, from discussing my requirements to placing the order and installing the battery, Nano Pro-Tech offered a prompt, efficient and courteous service installing the Powerwall within a day. Mark, the installer, after a frustrating day due to equipment supply issues, worked well into the evening to ensure that the project was finished as promised. Nano Pro-Tech office kept me updated throughout the day on the the progress of kit delivery and Mark's revised work schedule.

Great service from Nani Pro-Tech. I obtained a number of quotes from a variety of companies to establish a base line offering. Out of all the companies that replied to my initial enquiry Nano stood out. Why? Communication was swift precise and Ryan did what he said he would, when he said he would - to the minute! I know because I’m a stickler for things like that. I had done my research so knew I wanted a Tesla Powerwall 3 and decent panels. We had a need for a tidy install as we are tight for space. Ryan had a great long chat with me and accommodated all my questions and need for info. After sales service and communication has also been amazing. You’re dealt with as a valued customer not a number. We had Tesla power wall 3 and x16 panels installed - love it!

We had Nano ProTech install a complete Whole Home Solar Backup system with the Tesla Powerwall 3. From the point of contact to completion of the system configuration has been so easy. Everyone we interacted with has been so professional and been intuitive to our particular needs. I found this company very professional to deal with. Both Ryan and Dan the installer kept me up to date as to what was happening. As for Dan, he is a grafter. Turned up 08.15 hrs and did not leave until 21.45 hours, as he had to update our fuse box along with the install of the TESLA power wall 2. You cannot go wrong in employing this company.
