I moved back to Naples and I was looking for a place for all my skin needs. This was my first visit at NAWI and I loved it!! You Just got a forever customer. Kaylie was amazing, very smooth hand , I told her about how easy my skin reacts to Botox, she listened and did a fantastic job. The consultation with Katherine was very nice, she did my skin analysis and gave me great recommendation. I will recommend NAWI to all my friends.

Paid for expensive treatments and it’s now 9 months later and I saw negative results. I was supposed to have fat cells melted away and I see no results. Do not waste your money it’s false hope.

We are sorry you did not achieve your desired outcome. Fat reduction usually takes 3 treatments to see the results. Each treatment reduces the treatment area up to 24%, which is about the width of the index finger. Additional treatments were and are recommended. Also, medical muscle stimulation strengthens and builds muscles but results will disappear over time without continued resistance training either in the gym or with medical muscle stimulation monthly of quarterly. On May 14, 2024, we spoke and asked that you visit our clinic so we may take an objective look and determine next steps. Please note, everyone reacts differently to these devices. We are highly committed to helping all of our patients and clients achieve their desired outcomes. Dr. Dean and Katherine, the owners, would like to meet with you the next time you are in town to collaborate on what can be done to assist.

They are very professional and explain everything in detail. I felt understood and supported and not at all like someone was trying to sell me, which I have found is a problem at other similar practices.

Wonderful experience at NAWI! Katherine is very knowledgeable on treatments available to enhance your natural look without looking “worked on”. Expect to spend some extra time on your first visit! I was impressed with Katherine and how she did not push any services on me but gave me some great suggestions! Definitely my go to place for enhancing my look!

Two stars because the lady was nice but this is NOOOOOT the place for hydra facials. Or facials in general. I saw one person here for a facial in June 2023 and it was 10/10 the worst facial I ever had. She up-charged and pushed a jelly mask on me, which took up 10 min or so of my session. She also butchered my derma-plane so badly that I looked like a hairy peach, half shaven. I originally just tipped and left but upon seeing myself in the car I went back in and spoke with Dr. Dean who apologized and then rebooked me with the better staff member for 3 weeks later for a comped facial and dermaplane. I went back and saw Kat, who was AMAZIIIIIIING. 3 stars should be 5 for Kat. She was so good that I bought a bunch of ZO products, and still use the line daily and have repurchased. Saw her twice in a row and my skin is absolutely better off having know her and gotten recommendations. However, as a "wellness" center I was sad I only had one person I could see here for facials. I sucked it up when Kat was gone all summer 2023 and unfortunately she simply didn't return to this location after her summer travels. Since I couldn't trust anyone else here for facials, I simply went elsewhere. Ideally this location will get exceptional associates to do not only injections, but also facials.

Today was my first visit to NAWI, and I met with Dr. Dean. Dr. Dean took his time and answered all my questions and was very informative about the procedure that I was interested in getting. His staff was pleasant and very helpful. I am very happy with the service that I received today and would recommend Dr. Dean and his staff.
