Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the kindness, compassion, and dedication of the nursing staff. They were always attentive to my needs, addressing my concerns promptly and providing reassurance when I needed it most. The doctors were equally impressive, taking the time to explain my treatment options and answer all my questions. I was also pleased with the hospital's facilities and amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the food was surprisingly good. Borneo mother and child care hospital is realy different hospital that I have experienced. Most of all Hospitals are having very professional behaviour with Patients amd there relatives. "Borneo" is make diferent. Here all staff from bottom to top is having very helping nature. Doctor's who treated to patients are not only suggest /treat, but very clearly explain about illness, why need this treatent. Also after completion of treatments guided patients , how to take care at home, while travilling or at workplace. Nurses, Auntie's doctor's and including all staff like reception, accounts sections are great here. "THIS IS MY SUGGESTION TO EVERY ONE FOR BEST TREATMENT GET SET AND GO TO BORNEO'' -------- Father.

The doctors, nurses, and support staff were all outstanding in their roles. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hospital's facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained. What truly stood out, however, was the genuine care and concern shown by every single staff member.
