I never thought getting a mortgage could be this easy! Josh made the whole process of moving to Nashville and buying a home stress-free for us. As first-time homebuyers, I was nervous about all the confusing terms and paperwork. But Josh explained all of the confusing terms, like APR, PMI, and loan rates, to where I could actually understand it!
He even put together a custom spreadsheet to help compare loans, which made picking the right one so much easier. Thanks to him, we got a great 30-year fixed-rate mortgage with a lower down payment than I expected. He found me a first-time homebuyer programs that saved us a ton on closing costs.
What really stood out was how Josh was always available, answering texts and calls, even late at night. He even worked closely with our realtor and the seller’s agent to make sure everything went smoothly. If you want someone who makes home buying easy and stress-free, Josh is your guy.

Josh was amazing through the whole process. We were nervous to buy our first home in Nashville with his interest rates have been. He was able to get us an amazing rate after making us a custom presentation of our different loan options and explaining us the pros and cons of each one.
