As a company, we moved to use National at the beginning of 2023. With very few locations in Indiana, I was skeptical of what to expect. All my skepticism was gone after the first interaction with this team. The customer service here is great and I am always quick to get in and get a car assigned and then drop off is just as easy. In today's age of rushing around and honestly a lack of professionalism and caring in business, it is nice to come in and the staff knows your name and treats you like they value your business. I have rented several vehicles so far and not a single issue. Highly Recommended.

National Car Rental location on 116th Street, Carmel, IN is my favorite location for rental. I have been using this location for more than 10 years! They demonstrate a near perfect customer experience each time. They put me in the right car always. I personally appreciate this. Their personnel are customer friendly and focused.i recommend this location to anyone searching for a good customer experience.

National is great, but this location is not. Depending on which employee helps you, they may not honor the Emerald Club benefits. The woman won't and will tell you all the cars are out for oil changes, and offer a Camry, Altima or a tiny "SUV". I have a lot of equipment to travel with and have had to leave some behind on a couple of occasions. Driving a small car on long road trips is not fun at all.

I rented a large passenger vehicle from National to move my family across the country. It was a one way trip. Some rental agencies wanted to charge me a lot more money and reduce the hours available for a one way return. That makes no sense to me. Thankfully, National Car Rental made it easy. I have only appreciation for their ease of service.

I get the best service every time I get my vehicle. Justin was the best. He provided me suv that made my journey comfortable. He was very friendly smart and treat you as with respect. I switched vehicles during my pick up and left my keys in one of the vehicles. When I was dropping the rental vehicle I didn’t have keys for my house and my truck. He tracked down the first suv I picked up and help me getting my keys. I would recommend National Car Rental to everyone for best service.

I absolutely love this Carmel (IN) National Rental Car office, dynamic managers, and staff! Justin (Branch Manager), Allison (Asst. Manager), and their wonderful National Car Rental office remain stellar, efficient, professional, and "the perfect car rental office/company!" You will surely love them just as much each time that you book your reservation here too!

I always use this location when traveling for both work and personal. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The selection of vehicles is limited, but expected when away from the airport. They have a late night drop box for after hours. The cars are always clean when picking up from this location.

Your website showed a suburban so we were under the impression we were renting a suburban when we arrived what we got was a Jeep Wagoner. It worked and the folks at the counter said the website has a disclaimer that it says "or similar" I just checked and it does. You should tell the customer what they are getting prior to showing up. Secondly I am an emerald card member and while I don't rent like I used to I was less then an hour late returning the vehicle mostly because of a wreck during rush hour traffic and I was told since I returned it after closing (5:00 p.m.) that I was being charged another full day. I rented for years from the same location and all most always returned if after hours because I was always driving home from out of state. If you have a problem then install cameras so you can call people out on their nonsense. Just like everything else in this country now you are punishing the good people because a few idiots abuse your trust. I may start using a new car rental agency. This was nonsense.
