Worst company!!!!!
We worked with National Couriers Direct LTD to transport and deliver goods for their clients and they have not paid us for over three months. We have tried to resolve this amicably but they have chosen not to reply our emails or answer.
They don't pay the drivers!!!!!!

Worst company ever. I made a job for them and they don't paid me. I tried several time to recover my money but they don't want to pay. They take the money from clients but keep the money for them.
I have family to feed.

Product did not fit as expected but with help from the Driver we managed to solve the issue - The Driver was ploite- helpful and most of all careful with the product to ensure the products were delivered without issue.

Fantastic experience using National Couriers Direct. We had an urgent need to get something collected & delivered in the same day - Kimberlee was very helpful in getting this organised. They were great, getting to the collection address within the allotted time frame we had been given & then getting to us before close of business. Would definitely use again.

I was remotely arranging safe delivery of breakables from Barking to Henley. She took care of everything & stayed in touch until the package was delivered a few hours later.
