Wow just wow! Neo Flooring is top notch. I am always skeptical of any contractors doing work in our home, but this company is truly fantastic. They were professional, on time both days of our install, and the floors look amazing. This is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. I will be using them again and recommending everyone to use them.

After deciding we needed new flooring we were in for several surprising experiences. First came the home visit from Connor of NEO Flooring, polite, likable and professional using up to date technology digitally measured our floor plan. From here was his quote and his expertise in helping to decide what was best for us. Next surprise experience was the Neo Flooring showroom. More than professional and helpful we were able to choose the product we wanted and given two samples to test against the lighting in our home. We made our perfect choice, set a date for installation. Here is where NEO Flooring differs, several follow ups in emails and personal phone calls were made. The best surprise experience was the installers. Polite professional and with great work expertise and ethics, Handel and Pedro completed our installation in two days. during that time there was visits by Connor making sure we were happy with the installation and also by Gus taking several moisture meter readings and making sure the supplies and process was moving along well. I cannot emphasize how joyful and wonderful this experience was. NEO Flooring not only left a beautiful floor in our home but also left us with a rare belief in their company with such excellence and confidence in their products and their work ethics.

We were so impressed with the professional, courteous service from every staff member at Neo Flooring. Truly an outstanding group of people. We will definitely use them for future Flooring needs and can highly recommend them.

Neo Flooring was fabulous. I had a small area of water damage in my pantry and some chipped boards I wanted replaced. My product specialist Conner was very thorough and made sure we matched the correct color. He even came back with boards to be sure it matched precisely. My project manager Gus was also on top of everything; he was present to check the work on replacement day. The 2 professionals on our job were on time, neat, and caused minimal disruptions. The floor looks amazing. I would recommend 100%.

Just wanted to share that over the weekend we had the team from Neo Flooring in Indian Land out to our home to rip up our upstairs carpets and put down a new floor and they were fantastic! Punctual, professional, courteous and they got the entire job in one day. I worked with Felipe at Neo and would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. He made everything so easy for my wife and I. I will also be having him back to my home in the upcoming weeks for an additional quote on our downstairs.

I have used Neo Flooring twice. First was a 200 sq ft patio floor and the second was a complete remodel of a home. Each time Neo Flooring delivered a beautiful finished product while staying on schedule, great attention to details and very affordable pricing. I love how everything turned out that I am always showing off their work to my friends and family.

WOW! Where to begin.. Neo flooring is incredible. We worked with Gus on the sales side and he was on top of everything. We needed to have some flooring repaired because we had a wall removed. He talked us through all the options and risk associated with each. He priced the job very fair and was there for 90% of the install. Erik was the worker who did the installation and he was incredibly efficient and polite. All around an exceptional experience I will most definitely use them for all my future needs!!

We have had a terrific experience with Gustavo and Neo Flooring. Gus has been very responsive, took our concerns seriously and offered very good guidance as we waded through the huge volume of available carpets. After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little “fuzzy” off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we’ve decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. We would highly recommend Neo Flooring!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience or outcome than working with Connor and Gustavo at Neo Flooring. They were helpful with selecting a carpet which can be overwhelming given to number of options. They were transparent about expectations, timelines, and costs. Friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We're thrilled with our new carpet, and will be recommending Neo Flooring to friends and family!

It was great working with them on our home. They did multiple living area, including some bathrooms. The team is very knowledgeable about all flooring types, and goes above & beyond to help pick out the best option for your space. The install was very professionally done. We highly recommend Neo Flooring, and will always use them for other projects as they arise.

Conner was well informed on the ins and outs of dealing with insurance claims (water leak caused need for carpet replacement). Additionally, on his own initiative, he drafted an assessment letter to help my case. I believe it is because of Conner that our insurance company agreed to pay us an additional supplement. We haven't installed yet, so I can't speak to that. But so far we are impressed by his knowledge, helpful manner and professionalism!

Was very happy with their install and finishing of our reclaimed floors. Showed up on time, communicated throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
