Terrible UI We need MORE PLAYER CONTROLS, and UI OPTIONS TO ADD/REMOVE CONTROLS, and less giant posters of bad made-for-netflix movies with on washed up celebrity.

Trash Trash Trash Don’t waste your money or pay for the cheapest plan option if there is a show or two you want to catch. Ever since the pointless crackdown on password sharing the library of shows has tanked. They cannot seem to keep up with seasons of their own shows! I’d rather pay for every other streaming app then deal with this one.

Dear Netflix (or to the people who own it), this is a very good app all though, i understand why you guys have added adds but people are saying they are getting them a little too much. I’m not aging get rid of them, i’m just saying maybe a little less, I honestly haven’t gotten THAT many, but there is times where i get annoyed by them. But I mean, who doesn’t?🤨 Another thing I want to say is please please please stop removing the good movies and shows.😭 I understand you have to remove movies at one point but why can’t you remove the less popular, and not as good movies/shows because i hate having to go on all kinds of different apps to find the good movies that i want to watch. Other than all this, Netflix is one of my favorite apps to watch things on. A lot of my fav shows/movies are free on here which i’m very happy about, and it’s a very nice app. To all the people questioning getting it, i recommend you do. it’s a very nice site to go on, watch your favorite movie, chill and take a break from school/work stress, and don’t blame me if you get hooked! (cuz i am too😭)

Minimize Feature & More 1. Cannot minimize and keep watching. I could do so before the update. 2. Freezes when going to the next episode. 3. Can no longer stream from my phone to my TV at my home. I could do this before the update. If both accounts are on the same WiFi network and logged into my account, I am not sure why it is an issue. Deleting my 10 year subscription until point 1 is fixed. iPhone 14

New Updates and Competitors Netflix is the most outdated and backwards platform out there. Every other platform like peacock and Hulu took all the shows and movies on there worth actually watching, besides seinfeld of course. The new update where you have to ‘update your household’ while I’m trying to watch seinfeld at midnight just made me laugh and delete the app, and switch over to peacock. Why would i wake my dad up at 1am to get into his email just to allow me to watch a chill show before going to bed when I can just delete the app and go somewhere else that doesn’t kick me out every other time I log on? And if you say ‘get your own account’ I’d rather just spend my money on a peacock subscription, which has lots of live sports to watch, great shows and movies, and no frustrating updated. 10/10 would recommend switching over to peacock for anyone who was on the fence about it!

Commercials really? Netflix got popular because people were tired of commercials now you have them or want a ridiculous amount of money to not see them? Bad form

You should totally invest here Invest here because Netflix is a better place to invest than blockbuster

Good I love watching movies from the comfort of my bed and this company may be a lil greedy but it’s honestly worth it I suggest you buy it if your like me

Wouldn’t use this app if I had better options Frequently gives me errors. I look up shows and am excited to watch them, but 80% say “remind me” and can’t be watched, including shows I watched just a few days beforehand. When I am able to watch them, I can barely watch 10 minutes without getting some kind of error. The only reason I even continue dealing with this app is that the majority of shows have a Latin American Spanish dub which is great.

Recently bad service App not loading pictures and sound very spotty so bad it’s unwatchable

Kicked me off of Netflix only have 14 days I’ve been connected to my wifi for the most part so idk why this is happening.

Money Grubbing Wh*re of a Company I can understand subscription costs rising every number of years or so… but to add ads while keeping the price the same is asinine. You want us to pay the same amount we have been but now have to watch ads that the company still makes money off of. This is some of the worst business I’ve seen in awhile. On top of that trying to dictate where accounts can be accessed/logged into when we the paying customer should be the only one doing so. If I want to have the same account in my home, at my work, at my family’s home, and at our vacation home I should be able to do so. Not blocked access and logged out. You obviously do not care about your customer base. Evidently you just care about money. To just assume everyone is going to be okay with this change is INSANE. Get ready for a lot of people to cancel their subscriptions there are many other options in the streaming world today it’s not 20 years ago you don’t have a corner on the market. Netflix is trash. This customer service is trash. You’ve had a nice run Icarus. Remember even if people don’t find another streaming service, it’s getting easier by the minute to find anything available online for free! Fuuuuuuuuccccckkkkk youuuuuuu!!!
