I needed a network cable run from the ground floor to the 1st and 2nd floors of the house, as my powerline adapters were not up to the task. I didn’t want to make holes in the plasterboard, so I decided to opt for an external run. Chris and Jay came around and did a fantastic job. The cables are barely noticeable on the outside of the house. I’m very happy with their work and can highly recommend NetLinx.

Had issues for years with BT home hubs / extenders and black spots . Chris and the team did a superb job amid providing a solution at a really reasonable cost linking the whole house for the first time ever! After service is also superb !

Cabling install 14/06/2024. Very happy with the CAT6 cabling the guys installed for me. I’ve now got wire speed and fully WIFI coverage. Jamie and Chris done a great job and would happily use they again and would certainly recommend.

Jamie came out to do a free quote which turned out to be a lot less than suggested by traders comparison websites.

Discussed our needs really nicely over the phone, sent a very prompt and accurate estimate broken down clearly, booked in quickly, work done very neatly and thoroughly, now have great Wi-Fi speeds throughout the house, far better than before and well placed Ethernet cables in 2 studies and one bedroom. They were on the roof and in and out of windows getting the wiring just right.

Netlinx came out to my home to take a look at my WiFi coverage across the house. At the router the speeds were good at 320mbs however across the house the coverage was not good and I was only getting about 50mbs in most parts.
Netlinx recommended a solution, and along with an additional quote for a ring doorbell, provided a quote for the work and came within the week to install everything.
I now have consistent internet speed across all areas in the house at 320mbs plus which has been fantastic, and the ring doorbell works excellent!
I would highly recommend Netlinx and will be using them again for some additional socket moves in the next few weeks.

This is a five-star service provided you limit what you ask them to do to their core activity of creating a data network. They really are very good at that and I have no complaints.
However, I also asked them to hide the cabling. In order to fulfil that aspect of the work, they subcontracted to two guys - Eddie and Terry - who, in honesty, make the Chuckle Brothers look competent! They were a disaster. I have paid £650 for this aspect of the work and then had to get my own builders to completely redo it.
So, my advice, these guys are the number one guys but get your own builders to do any channeling or plastering work required.

We do take all concerns seriously. But, I just want to clarify that the specific service you're referring to was not work carried out by NetLinx. It was advised that the type of building work you needed was not within our area of expertise and the best course of action would be for you to source your own professionals. This was not an option at the time, so we did our best to find a contractor for the task. We did this but it seems there was a miscommunication regarding the specific requirements.
Our engineers are friendly and approachable and we encourage open communication. They were on-site for two and a half days. If someone had voiced these concerns during the work this would have given us a chance to resolve the issues with the contractor immediately.
The issue was raised retrospectively and we were in communication soon after your concerns were reported. We offered to facilitate the corrections, but unfortunately, this option was declined by yourself.
We regret any inconvenience and your input has been noted and we will use it to improve our services in the future.

Couldn't be happier. I'd had a rough plan for what I wanted, a cable run up an outside wall through the loft to provide wired internet upstairs to several locations. When they arrived they surveyed the route and we discussed and tweaked things based on their suggestions. Install was quick and clean. They even helped facilitate a TV install with cables buried in the wall. Great family run business.
