Dr. Hussain is by far one of the best Neurologists I have ever had the pleasure to be seen by. That's right, you read that correctly, I used the word "pleasure" to describe seeing a doctor. He's pleasant to talk to, he listens to you, he is extremely thorough in his examinations and explanations. I went to see Dr. Hussain for "Hand Tremors", and after a couple quick, simple tests, he knew what the problem was & took care it. However, at the same time, something else must have perked his interest. He quickly scheduled me for 6 other tests (over a course of 2 days). After the last test, he sat down with my wife & I and told us he was about my Carotid Artery being 70%+ closed. I had no glue about that (actually, I didn't know what it was) and thanks to Dr. Hussain going the extra mile, it's being taken care of. He immediately referred me to a top Vascular surgeon. He is also very expedient with his follow-ups, and he even follow-ups on his follow-ups.....without you even needing to make another office visit. He does it by way of the "Patient Portal". DOUBLE those 5 stars for Dr. Hussain!!!

Since last October, I’ve consistently received exceptional care. Every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Nabeen is patient, thorough, and truly listens. The office staff is friendly, and he’s always prompt. Dr. Nabeen takes the time to ask all the right questions to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend his office to anyone seeking a neurologist—he’s fantastic!

Very caring, thorough, and kind physician! I was referred to Dr. Hussain after experiencing numbness in my left foot after hip replacement surgery. He has a very calming personality and bedside manner. He listened to me about my symptoms and I felt respected. I never felt rushed as he explained about the tests that he would have to do to diagnose the problem. He made me feel very comfortable with asking questions. After testing, he assured me that my problem was not serious and was treatable with PT. Excellent neurologist! I'm lucky to have discovered him.

I was given a referral from my doctor to make an appointment for my dizziness. When I called, I was told per my insurance, to send in proof of the last 3 months of insurance payments and my dr had to upload my referral to the uhc website. This sounded very weird to me. I NEVER had to do this for any doctor. When I called the insurance, she was shocked herself and decided to call the office for an explanation. They just told her that it's just how their office works. Since I always pay my insurance, I just did what they asked. I had to call them back for a follow up (Monday) and the guy said oh someone will call you by FRIDAY to set up an appointment. Well guess what.... of course... no one called. I still don't have an appointment and I'm still dizzy almost everyday. Poor poor poor!!!!!!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Nabeen Hussain and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! Dr. Hussain is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and responsive. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions, and he was always available when I reached out on several occasions. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful—kind, efficient, and always ready to help. The process of getting in and out was quick and seamless, thanks to their excellent organization. Mohammed, who handled my nerve test, was particularly great. He made the test as comfortable as possible and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything throughout the process. I highly recommend Neurological Medicine P.A. for anyone in need of neurological care!

I checking online and arrived 25 minutes early. Following sign instructions and the white Chinese lady see people waiting but ignored us. All that walked in are called before the ones waiting 20 minutes. I told her I signed in and not sitting until checked in. Then all the ladies talking about me because I'm mad for waiting and not been help. It's just sad so early in the morning an the staff all rude and unprofessional.

Dr Hussain and staff are amazing! He found my issues when no other Doctor could! Takes his time and tests everything!

Dr. Hussain is thorough and did well explaining the tests that I had to take. When I brought up concerns about my claustrophobia in the MRI machine, he gave helpful recommendations. Dr. Hussain and his tech assistants are pleasant, professional and work efficiently. I would definitely come back if I have any future neurological issues or concerns!

Not fond of my experience. The staff made me confirm my appointment 5 times (via phone, text & email) yet not once was I informed of the large fee that I would have to pay upfront prior to my service. When I brought it up to them, the (front desk) staff just gave a look of nonchalance. The technician who saw me prior to NH was cordial, but either he either was not knowledgeable regarding my questions or he just did not care to answer them. Its one thing to be confident, its another to be arrogant and that is the energy that NH was giving off. I'm supposed to take everything he says to heart and I will offend him should I ask any questions... that's the vibe. I'm sorry, but its my body so I am going to have questions. I did everything he asks, but he couldn't be bothered with time lines. I had to call a plethora amount of times just to get answers and when I was finally able to speak with someone, the grunts and sighs were too much to sustain. Professionalism must be extinct.

I’d been having terrible headaches, so my friend recommended Dr. Hussain. On our first appointment, he spent almost 45 minutes doing a thorough exam, discussing the history of my symptoms. He set up a prescription with a great pharmacy that delivers my medication, and he personally dealt with my insurance company when they initially refused to cover the medication. Because of him, I am able to receive the medicine that helps my migraines considerably. I was unable to get an MRI at a typical facility bc of a medical device I have, so he researched other facilities that could accommodate me. He has also emailed me on several occasions to check in to see how I am doing. Every follow up appointment has been just as personal. He is truly caring and knowledgeable. He explained all of my results thoroughly, and I cannot recommend him enough! He also offers two locations which has been helpful in getting more convenient appointments. His staff is friendly too. Very happy with my experience!

I was given a referral to see Dr. Hussain from my surgeon. I scheduled an appointment for the 7th of this month and was told the day before that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled the appointment for a week later and was told again later after hours of the office closed that my schedule had to be canceled. I was upset at this point of the unprofessionalism I received from this office. I scheduled the initial appointment for a reason and it definitely was not to be seen. I have decided that two strikes is definitely a red flag for me. I have scheduled an appointment with a more professional office and is in definitely good hands and care.

I go to Neurological Medicine and see Dr. Hussain for my migraines. Some quick context: I've been a migraine sufferer since childhood but didn't start getting treated medically until college. My migraines had become so frequent and debilitating that I was going to the ER and Urgent Care and missing deadlines at work. A migraine cycle would last several days so that I was incapacitated, stop for a few, then restart. The migraine meds I'd tried -- prescribed and OTC -- would stop working after a few months. So a new primary referred me to Dr. Hussain several years ago. And I've been there ever since. Dr. Hussain worked to find a treatment plan that works. I'm finally going long periods of time without a migraine. I may have a migraine that time of the month. The office staff are great. Everyone is personable. Appointments are always kept on time with maybe a five minute waiting time after checking in. But, I go immediately back. Dr. Hussain speaks with a low voice, which would be great for anyone suffering an attack at that time. Lighting also tends to be kept low. So all things considered, I always feel like I'm actually being listened to and treated like migraines aren't just extra painful headaches.

Dr. Hussain is a doctor who listens to my concerns. He thoroughly answers my questions. I have never felt rushed during any of my appointments. I have not experienced long wait times for appointments. Dr. Hussain has acted quickly to get my medical needs met. A+ Neurologist!

Very impressed with Dr. Hussein. He thoroughly looked in to my medical history before I came for my first appointment with him. I have never had a doctor do that for me.

Dr. Hussain is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients and is very thorough. He always goes above and beyond to ensure all of your concerns are addressed. He is also very responsive to voicemails and messages sent via the patient portal. I have referred friends and family to him and will continue to do so. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend Dr. Hussain and if I ever need to see a neurologist again, he will be the first doctor I call. I was dealing with an issue that could have had several possible causes and Dr. Hussain and his team conducted several tests that got me the answers I needed. He was thorough in explaining my results, took the time for questions, and I especially appreciated that he told me upfront that there was no bad news in my testing. Any time patients are having various tests done and unsure of the results, there can be concern and tension and Dr. Hussain got the suspense out of the way as early as possible, which was much appreciated. Further, in my initial consultation, I was dealing with extreme pain from a separate medical issue unrelated to neurology. Dr. Hussain was patient and understanding even when I was clearly distracted by my other pain and displayed an exceptional level of compassion and care. I do not generally enjoy going to doctors and most appointments usually feel as if the doctor is trying to see you as quickly as possible before rushing to the next patient. Dr. Hussain was the opposite and gave the individual attention each patient deserves. I hope I do not have any neurology issues in the next few years but would definitely go back to Dr. Hussain if I did.

Excellent, knowledgeable and professional practitioner. I will send my family to him any day.
