Luz, as always, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Honestly, everyone here is so well informed and trained and knowledgable. I appreciate the staffs attention to detail and earnest desire to help out my dog with her allergies. Luz and the rest of the staff is great. Feels good to shop somewhere you know they care about pets.

I went to the raw and kibble in the coral way location and I was helped by Lesly. She gave me a whole new insight on nutrition for my dog that’s been having allergies on his stomach area. I am so glad she was there to help me, she knew her stuff and she was very patient with me in explaining everything I needed! I will be coming here again because of the great experience I had being helped .

Comida y los suplementos son de excelente calidad y te llevan a tu casa lo que pidas por un costo de 8$ el cual me parece muy razonable.
Rallo es un frenchie de 3 años de edad y desde que tiene 7 meses Raw and Kibble siempre nos han acompañado, plus que siempre te mandan un mensajito preguntando si Rallo está bien y poniéndose al servicio siempre si tengo alguna inquietud. Los amo chicos.

Love the products, but the service is overwhelming. I’ve gone multiple times and every time I have someone harassing me trying to get a tip. I’ve even told them I don’t need help I know what I need but they still persist on trying to “help”. I will continue to go because it’s conveniently close to my house, but I really hope they change their approach because it’s too much to deal with.

We would like to inform our staff about this situation and make sure you are not bothered again in your visits.

When people go to buy their dogs food it should be quick and not be bothered,they are way to pushy and obnoxious they don’t even let you breathe its ridiculous u walk in they’re right behind you with the basket,they always insist for you to buy more things or change your dogs food, i went not to long ago and the last two times when i tell them my dog is fine,they ask in a rude way why i havent changed my dogs food and keep telling you about what your dog should eat and what other things we should buy for them,they keep harrasing you to the point you have to argue with them and tell them im just here to buy the food,definitely not going back and definitely telling people about this experience,also they are losing clients due to this behavior other people i know will not return they have also experienced this,terrible customer service please leave people alone,we know all you want is money!! Thanks :)
