Efficient service, hardly knew he was in the house, kept me informed of what was happening throughout the boiler service and showed why certain parts needed replacing. All at a very reasonable cost. Can't recommend highly enough.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Masoud is a great guy - friendly, polite, punctual and keeps everything clean and tidy. Serviced my boiler and flagged up a gas supply low pressure issue with gas networks, who subsequently came out and installed a new supply. There was a mysterious issue with my boiler after this - Masoud came back out multiple times at no extra cost and eventually solved the problem. Incredible customer service and will continue to use in the future. Thanks again Masoud.

This is my first experience of the company (although they were recommended by my son), and I’m very impressed with the service. My boiler stopped working, leaving me without heating and hot water, however, the engineer arrived just a couple of hours after I called. He was polite, efficient, and diagnosed & repaired the issue within 30 minutes. He had the necessary parts on his van which made such a difference, and the cost was very reasonable.

I highly recommend! An engineer was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process.
