We’re a military family that have traveled and owned homes around the world for over a decade. This has by far been the easiest and most professional company I have worked with in a very long time. For us work ethic and completing the job on time and with an amazing product is the most important. New ERA took our crappy builders driveway and made it a great place for kids to play sports. 10:10 would recommend them to anyone and as a realtor will use them every time I’m asked for a referral.

I never had to hire a company to do a driveway, but I am glad I came across New Era. They showed up on time with equipment that looked like they just got it from the dealership, so clean!!! All of the guys were super nice and really treated my house like their own. They took their time and you can see their dedication in their work. watching them was like watching a show! Their coordination was amazing like they were reading each other’s minds. And the owner Ruzbin was there every step of the job making sure everyone was on there A game. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a nice driveway.

Athol is my hometown and being in business here, I have always supported other local businesses. But when asking for a recommendation for paving a condominium association property, the banker for the association highly recommended New Era Paving of Westminster. After reviewing other proposals and estimates, the Board selected to work with Ruzbin Martinez. Ruzbin fulfilled his obligations perfectly and completed the work on time without additional compensation for some additional changes made after the contract was signed. New Era is honorable in its contractual obligations and performs beyond expectations. Call me if you have any questions--better yet, call Ruzbin and give New Era the work.

Late last year, I requested a quote from New Era after seeing them work on another driveway in my area. I watched over time as I saw quality work. I had called another company and was displeased that they weren’t going to do any real grading and fix drainage issues. Our driveway would need to be started from scratch as it wasn’t done when the house was built and only regrinds were placed. As a result, the driveway constantly washed away. It was a hazard. If you didn’t have all wheel/4x4, you were struggling to make it up our hill. When Ruzbin came out to quote, he said all of the right things about drainage and grading. Although he was slightly more expensive than the other quote, he was going to be doing the work the right way so we went with him. Our driveway is a shared driveway and is very long. He worked with our neighbor as well. When we signed the contracts we knew we needed the driveway done as soon as possible because of its condition. Well he pulled through and got us done early in the season! It rained after they were grading and before paving and he came over to make sure it was draining correctly. They came back and refined it some more. Then we went on vacation for a week while they paved. He came back after it was paved and it rained so he could make sure it was still working and it was! He was thorough and thoughtful. In addition, during grading, it was discovered that the previous owners had laid the groundwork for the driveway but just never finished it. So he was able to fill in areas that needed it and where we expanded and saved us a lot of money. So he was honest too! Thank you Ruzbin! Our driveway is amazing!

New Era paved my drive way today, did a fantastic job. The guys were very professional and did exactly what we asked for. I'll definitely use their business again and will recommend their business to anyone.

First class. I cannot say enough good things about Ruzbin and his crew. Price was great, job came out amazing (driveway is +/- 550ft), everyone was incredibly professional and were even super friendly to the kids (they loved watching). Hiring New Era was absolutely the best decision I couldve made for this job. The attention to detail was second to none. Ruzbin planned everything-even stuff I never would’ve considered like designing pitch to control runnoff to avoid puddling. Ruzbin was out for a site visit in a day or 2, quote within 24hrs, made plenty of great suggestions, and the job was within 2 weeks. Plus he’s a big fan of vets-huge respect for that. If you’re reading this and hunting for a company, I promise you that you won’t find a better crew than New Era. Ruzbin and crew, if you’re reading this-thank you-we couldn’t be happier.

Ruzbin and his team are just awesome. This is the second time I've hired them. They did an amazing job repaving and expanding my driveway. Getting the pitch right so water doesn't run into the garage was tricky and Ruzbin managed it with ease. I'm very happy with the finished product and my experience with this company. New Era Paving did a thorough, professional job paving my 2 parking areas and 2 footpaths. They removed all existing pavement, excavated, laid down the proper depth of crush base, compacted it, and did a beautiful job of paving. They took care of details like rounding off pathway ends and marking the proper arc for the addition of a curved footpath and trash bin pad. And they did the entire job in one day, hassle-free, at a very good price. I could not be more pleased with the result. Their work has improved the value of my property and will make my life easier for years to come. I heartily recommend New Era - they are true pros - their work speaks for itself.

I was looking to get my asphalt driveway widened. Ruzbin and his team did a great job with this project. From preparing the quote to prepping the worksite and finally completing the project - the communication was clear, price was fair, and even my neighbors remarked how time-efficient the crew was.
