Colleen has a cozy space and welcoming spirit. She us gentle and intuitive with the acupuncture needles. I left feeling more relaxed than if I had received a massage! Highly recommended!

With ongoing severe pain from L4-L5 and L5-S1 (lower lumbar/sacral area of my back) I had almost given up on relief except through surgery or pain meds. Colleen is able to have my own system open up pathways to pain relief that were never tapped by other professionals--including another acupuncturist (who was not trained to her high level of professional competency). She always starts a treatment session by asking me what is going on that day (and time since my last visit). Essentially she takes a history on each visit. She's the best answer I've found to deal effectively with my pain.

There is nobody I would trust going to for acupuncture besides New Freedom. Colleen is amazing. She is a gentle spirit, incredibly positive, uplifting... and effective. She takes the time to visit with you and really get down to the core of your health concerns.
