There are electricians who boast of being there 24/7 to serve but never pick up or return calls. And then there's New Generation Electrical Solutions - a cut above the rest and an absolute lifesaver! I lost power to my aircon and powerpoints and called around 7:30 am on a weekday — New Generation Electrical was the only one who returned my call. Chris was empathetic of my issue and arranged for a team to come the same day. The team arrived on time, was super friendly, and thoroughly explained the issue, what caused it, and how they fixed it. They found the fault and resolved it in no time. Incredible service—these guys truly saved the day. Highly recommend!

I initially used Chris when we did our home renovation over 10 years ago. I found him and the team to be knowledge, efficient and asked lots of questions, in many cases improving upon the documented design.
Since then we have called whenever we needed anything, many small jobs and Chris has fit us on a timely basis.
Very very fair pricing, excellent workmanship and does not hurt that he and the team are genuinely nice people with a very high care factor.

Chris and his team have done numerous electrical jobs for me over the last 7 years on the northern beaches, from kitchen reno stuff to adding indoor and outdoor lighting, fans etc. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with - easy to schedule, polite and thorough, and everything is clean when they leave. I have complete confidence in their work and their advice has proved right time and again. They're so well organised they send a tracking link so I can see on the map how long it'll be before they arrive to start a job! Highly recommend!
