I could not have been more pleased with how my case was handled. Throughout the process, I was contacted at least once a month by a representative of Newlyn Law firm. Truly, Newlin is phenomenal! When it comes to SSDI and SSI this firm is fantastic from start to finish. My case handler communicated with me regularly, she was compassionate and helped me be informed about the intricacies of a process that is anything but transparent (the US SSA). Newlin is staffed with some of the best! I felt like my lawyer was right there coaching me and being supportive during the Administrative Law Judge hearing. The communications between client and firm are impeccable. They have a secure client portal to communicate directly with your case manager which makes it like being able to 'text' the law firm and helps you feel connected even though your dealing with a large sized firm. The demeanor of the staff was caring and transparent. My Case Manager, Amber Harbrueger, was a gem! She extended me every courtesy and listened with care to my tale of woe. Seriously, if you are looking for an attorney or a law firm that has a Midwest heart but is nationally knowledgeable and makes you feel as if you matter, look no further than Newlin Disability. Started out ok but then they failed to send my the information they were supposed to email me and have not answered or responded to multiple calls where voice mails were left or responded to text left on the message portal it's been a week I'm going to try again Monday . Really not helping my depression getting rejected by another person promising to help and never following through I should be used to it by now well whatever do whatever you want with that information if anyone even actually looks at these things

Newlin Disability was on the spot right away with my case. They did for me what I could not get done myself, Tanya was very helpful and was there for me when I need answers. Thank you so very much for all your help in my case.
