Its my 4th month with New Path Medical using their microneedling treatment for my alopecia and i have to admit there are tremendous improvement. Dr Rakesh and his staff are excellent and the services rendered are always perfect. Dr Rakesh is one of the best GP I've gone to. He is very nice, patience and always spot on with his diagnosis. I once brought my daughter to another GP for a cough 3x because the medicine didn't work, and the next time I brought her to Dr Rakesh and took his medicine her symptoms eased within a day. Ever since then I go back to him whenever she's sick.

Brought my daughter to consult the doctor for acne scarring. Dr Rakesh was very professional and suggested a few different treatments for us to choose from based on our comfort with cost and treatment type. We tried one session of RF microneedling and we can see that there are good results so far. My daughter feels more confident as her scarring and pores have improved. Will definitely consider doing another session. Thank you Dr Rakesh!

This is my second visit. My first feedback was apparently lost. To recap: I was very impressed with Dr. Rakesh; his differential diagnosis was accurate and his listening skills were “coated” with empathy and compassion. I felt heard and treatment was effective. And his attentiveness to me is consistent which to me(same qualities as in my first visit) is reassuring and critical. Excellent “dude!” : )

I have known Dr Rakesh for more than 6 years. Dr Rakesh is very patience and always been spot on with the diagnoses and explain clearly on the treatment that I need. I have alopecia areata issue for quite some time and Dr Rakesh recommend the exosome scalp treatment with Sylfirm X for me. After 6 sessions, I can see the difference, a lot of baby hair growing back, and my scalp become healthier too. I’m glad that I know Dr Rakesh, he is really a caring and knowledgeable doctor. His clinic assistants are very helpful and friendly too! Thank you doctor and the team!

6 stars out of 5 if possible. Initially reluctant to visit a new GP as I have always went to Nee Soon Clinic to see Dr Low Khee Herng due to his professionalism, profound knowledge and ability to be candid. Ever since he passed on, I was looking for another reliable doctor and decided to visit Dr Rakesh when the time came for a doc consult. It was an extremely pleasant and insightful visit. Very recently went for a consult and then MRI scan. Dr Rakesh then explained the scan in great detail and advised me on my next course of actions. Additionally, the clinic staff were also very prompt in their text replies and scheduling of appointments. Thank you all! :-)
