Rising damp in front lower elevation of property

Prompt call-out visit and date for the work to commence by Mr Seth Long and colleagues. Outlined the work to be completed in detail in the quotation and completed the work in detail and in accordance with the quotation in a highly professional manner and in lay person’s terms as the work progressed. The final plastering of the walls affected by the damp was completed to an extremely high standard of workmanship and the property was left in minimal dust and a clean state upon completion and departure. I subsequently received a 40 year guarantee on the integrity of the workmanship as promised. Accordingly I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to treat any rising damp.

Front room / bay window (UB9)
Seth and the team did a fantastic job at my property, which involved damp proofing 2 walls and a bay window in my front room , they were highly professional courteous and punctual the work was carried out to a very high standard and I can't recommend them enough, ten stars from me !

I had damp proofing done on the outer walls of my Outhouse by Damp Pro and Co. The work done was of very high quality. Seth and his team was very professional in their work. Damp course problem (HA2)
Damp in outside wall at both front and back of house was investigated both upstairs and down. Downstairs problem identified and whilst no problem upstairs Seth agreed that the company would plaster under the window in one of the bedrooms.
Quotation accepted and start date given, which was kept to. Two days work, which was completed properly. Steve and Jess took care to cover everything with plastic to reduce the dust - brilliant, thank you.
Nice guys and a job well done plus a guarantee for the work. We have already reommended them to a friend.

A fantastic experience. On time, on budget and no surprises. A delightful and professional team who worked very hard and got the job done exactly as planned. They provided excellent customer service from dealing with my initial enquiry, to arranging a site visit, being visited same day and receiving their quote later that same day. The entire process was thoroughly explained during the job and both their preparation their clean up was very thorough. Highly recommended.

Rising damp (SL3)
I called Seth initially to get a quote for rising damp I had in lounge & bedroom
He came out to visit my property and advised me on what was needed to be done to resolve it
I agreed to go ahead & booked in the job for around 10 days later , the guys arrived on time & cracked on completing the job in a day
They were professional & tidied up afterwards
I also will receive a certificate to prove work has been carried out which is very useful as I’m looking to rent or sell the property

Damp proofing to conservatory walls (NW11)
Seth was extremely helpful throughout the process. I’d had a couple of conversations with him prior to doing the work. He was able to give informative information and is very knowledgeable in this field. He worked very well with Steve and between them the job was finished to a high standard.
They did a couple of extra things and still kept to the price that was agreed.
It’s not often you come across kind caring craftsmen these days.
I would definitely recommend Seth and his team.

Penetrating damp on an exterior wall repair (HP13)
Had a damp problem in the front living room of my home, resulting in the corner wall practically crumbling apart. Seth was extremely helpful and informative about what had happened and what to do, and also provided useful advice for other decorative and wall repairs.

Was fortunate to get the work done by Seth promptly after contacting. The work was done quickly, precisely, and the living room was left perfectly tidy.

Greatly appreciate their help and would highly recommend.

I had my new property treated by Seth for rising damp and penetrating damp. I had 3-4 other contractors come do survey and quote but i found Seth the most professional and pleasant to work with. He made sure i understand what the issue was and kept me informed throughout the job. He left the site very clean and tidy.

Treating damp in 2 areas of our house and making good (HA4)
Seth and his colleague treated 2 damp areas in our house today. They did a great job and replastered the walls afterwards. They are very tidy and cleaned up well afterwards.
