We have now used Will, Wayne and the team at Mortgage Box 3 times. My husband had engaged Will many years before we met and having used other brokers myself, I was dubious about switching. I could not be happier! The team constantly went above and beyond our expectations, chasing lenders on days off and right up until COB on Christmas Eve in order to meet our financial needs. Their communication and professionalism was exceptional and they made sure they were 100% across our situation and needs. They secured rates lower than promised and were able to present our unique and messy financial position in a way that secured a loan amount much higher than we thought we would obtain. We will definitely continue to use Mortgage Box for any future lending needs and would highly recommend them.
