I cannot speak highly enough of the support I received from Allan at Nexgen. I needed assistance setting up a voice message for our clinic while it was closed over Christmas break. Allan went above and beyond to help me, demonstrating incredible patience and expertise throughout the process.

This company is underhanded and misleading. They are corrupt and deceitful. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Service is mediocre at best. They underdeliver and overcharge. Sales person promises the world and then contract say different. Choose another provider. No stars are deserved for this rating

Our internet, phone system and all dropped off. Next generation were able to redirect to a mobile while we sorted out the problem which turned out to be the Modem/Router I discovered and had purchased a new one locally before we could get a technician here. Once we were back online we needed the phones redirected back to factory. The phones were then intermittent. Discussions next day were not fruitful and looked like incurious g a technician onsite charge, when Gizelle intervened and talking through the modem set up we discovered incorrect settings by me and fixed the problem. Cool and calm Gizelle excelled with a deeper understanding than her counterparts. Thank you, have a Merry Xmas.

Good support, lovely people, good service but I’m furious that Nexgen makes a hard enquiry on your credit score without prior notice. If i had known that signing up with nexgen meant i will have it reported on my credit score for 5 years I would’ve just gone with Telstra or Optus.

This is provided on the contract you have signed indicating that you have read and agreed on the terms and conditions which includes the credit check which is required for the equipment agreement.
