Nexgen was AWESOME!!! We shipped two motorcycles (one Goldwing Trike and one Goldwing from south Texas to New Hampshire!! It went flawlessly, they were attentive and accommodating, sent pictures upon arrival, I could not have asked for a better service!!! I would highly recommend them for your transport needs!!

This is my second time using them, the first time was great but this time and I’m saying this time because my car was supposed to be delivered to me on Sunday and here it is Thursday 9pm and still no car. I called on Monday just to give them some extra time and they said something about the roads were bad and that was the delay (but no one called and let me know anything I only found out because I reached out to them) Then they said it would be delivered Wednesday late noon… no car Wednesday. They said Thursday morning and he texted and said the driver was in mpls which is where I live at 1pm and still don’t have it so I’m was stuck paying for a rental due to my car not being here. They saying something else happened but this time he said something happened to the truck but won’t do anything for the inconvenience that it cost me. Saying that I shouldn’t get money back because they had a issue with the truck today even though my car was supposed to be to me Sunday… AND AGAIN AS I WRITE THIS POST I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR I EVEN OFFERED TO MEET THE DRIVER TO PICK IT UP SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO KEEP PAYING FOR THE RENTAL BUT WAS IGNORED!!!

Shipping a car can be nerve racking and let’s be honest we all want the most for our money. I was lucky enough to deal with Henry Ortiz on my car shipping and can’t say enough about my experience.
