I have been a regular customer here for quite some time. All of the staff are fantastic. Tara and Angela at the front desk are not only amazing at their job, they are great people. The Hygienist is very attentive and friendly. She goes out of her way to assure you are experiencing the best care you can get! I highly recommend Nexus Dental.

If you’re a single parent with an ever changing schedule not the place for you! I am a solo parent that works in finance early mornings and late nights. After three times of trying to cancel and a change an appointment twice for my son being sick then needing tubes I am still getting charged cool whatever…I understand being respectful of peoples time but life happens and things change and not everyone has the same support. Dr. Duncan is nice and does great work however that doesn’t change the admin staff attitude.

I chipped my tooth while eating just before i was about to go on vacation. Nexus dental was able to fit me in the next day with Dr. Duncan. She did a great job and fixed the tooth by filling it in. Will use them as my primary dental care going forward for check ups and any other dental issues that arise.

Dr. Patel is very thorough and kind. He listens to the patient and helps set goals that are manageable for the particular person. As a cancer patient, I was relieved to know he is knowlegable about the disease and knew what percautions to take. The staff has great customer service skills and are very welcoming. The initial visit was a 10 day wait but the procedures were able to he done the next day. My kids also do great here and no longer dread the Dentist. They do great work and don't try to sell you a bunch of add ons.

Dr Duncan is a great dentist who cares about her patients and their comfort.
The hygienists and staff are amazing and sweet as well.
Highly recommend.
They also let you know if you are in network when giving you costs which is obviously great!

Update-Went in today for an exam, my request. I've had tooth sensitivity on a tooth with a 14 year old filling. Dr Duncan examined and suggested a path that is clear, concise and didn't push unnecessary services. Always a top notch experience.

Dr Duncan, go see her for your work. They were kind enough to bundle my work into one session as my job doesn't have much freedom.

Work was gentle, breaks throughout. Overall awesome dental experience. Will be returning of course.
