I give 5 stars to Nicki's Professional Security Screens & Blinds because they are much more than just a family operated business. Suzy, Ramey and Josh are very well organised and coordinated team which allows them to get the jobs done well, in a timely manner, efficiently and most importantly - hassle free. They go well beyond their current job as in my case they brought to my attention that the curtain rail is installed incorrectly and they reinstalled it regardless of not being in the quote. I would use their services again in the future and I would highly recommend them to others.

We got new plantation shutters installed in our lounge room. They look great and really open up the space. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Suzy was super helpful in doing the bookings and payments. Ramey and Josh are clearly very knowledgeable and were thorough when talking through options with me when doing the quote, then when they came back to install them they were quick, efficient and clean. Very fast installation and happy with the screens

Really nice family business. Mum, Dad and son do the lot. I enjoyed the nature of their cheeky communiation and they actually have a personality. Great communication, wonderful service, good pricing and they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We had a new screen door made, and fitted. It looks great and works well. Highly recommended.

Nicki's Professional Security Screens and Blinds supplied and fitted a sliding security screen door for my unit, at Golden Beach, and it was a pleasure to deal with such friendly and professional people, from Suzy the office manager, to Ramey and Josh, who provided the quote, and installed the door. They were punctual on each visit, and in fitting the door they were meticulous, and weren't satisfied until the door was working perfectly. They kept the site clean as the work progressed, and made sure it was clean when they were finished. I would be happy to call on them again for this type of job.
