Nimble Nerds are so helpful in what they do. They explain things well and deal with the things that are beyond me and they make it look so easy and simple. Highly recommend Rob and his team. I also greatly appreciate that I deal directly with one person and that they will visit me at my home if that is what is required.

Nimble Nerds and Rob Wilson are the altermate professionals. Courtesy in this day and age is a rare commodity. But they have it in spades. It's been around 5 years that I have been using them and although I have remained the same size. Nimble Nerds have always made me feel like I'm an important person and customer. If your company is big or smaller. You will always feel as an equal.

I had a few issues with the general decay of my antiquated website, email validation and IT configuration. As a small business owner, it's essential for my clients to be able to contact me reliably and for my technology to run smoothly. I called to get a quote for my MacBook Pro which needed a new keyboard. Firstly the lady who answered the phone was to say the least a very unfriendly person who refused to call me by chosen nickname. Once I told her my actual name she took great delight in pronouncing my full name although I said I preferred my nickname. The company is called nimble nerds so I wouldn't be overtly snotty or act privileged. When I finally got a callback I gave the details I already gave to the receptionist then said I had to wait for another callback. They then gave me a quote for the most ridiculous amount and it probably would have been cheaper to get Apple themselves to repair it and that is saying something. Don't waste your time unless you are entitled or like being treated like a peasant.

Excellent service fixing my laptop. I was only in Sydney for a week so they made sure to have everything ordered and fixed in time and were super helpful with updating me. Amazing customer service and my laptop is as good as new for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Great service Once again Rob delivered on service. A week before Christmas I didn't think I had a chance of a service call but Rob had one of his trusty "Nimble Nerds" come to me for a same day service. Chris was personable and competent and solved our computer problem .. which was not really a computer problem but operator error. However, Chris did resolve some other issues while he was here and it was no problem for him. Fortunately I don't have the need to call on Nimble Nerds too often but when I do I know the issue will be resolved. Great service Rob - thanks. Susan Baker

Rob was a legend! He upgraded my laptop RAM, formatted HD and SSD, and got a new battery. Always keeping me on the loop of where parts were and making sure I had any queries. Already recommended NN to some guys at work :)
