flat cost is more than 80 lakh is over overvalued 1 year back other builder sold in same area for 55 to 65. Shop is also very costly 1.5 cr. you can get better deal in baner pimple saudagar wakad dange chowk etc.. possession in 2030

Flat looks good but more like hotel or mall. Cant stay there. Worst plan. Parking is second to 4th floor which means just keep roaming around for 10 mins to reach your parking. This kind of plan may work in Mumbai but not here. Buyers- consider if u forgot something and need to go back to home to get it or drop your kids to some class, you need atleast 20extra mins to reach ur parking then flat and roam in parking( may be with gps on, haha to reach down) and come back and repeat each day!
