highly recommended. punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. They finished installing a new heat pump and air handler yesterday. I'm very impressed. They show up when they say they will, they are communicative, and friendly to boot. Honestly, this is a top notch company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was assigned Noble HVAC through my America Home Shield. When Nick came out we could not replicate the issue. He left his card and told me to call him as soon as it happened again (yeah right, I thought). Well it was over a week before the issue reoccured. I called and text him thinking I would not hear back. Not only did he respond, but he was back to my house in 15 mins. He quickly identified the issue, but since it was through AWS he said we would need to reopen a ticket with them and ask that it be assigned to him. But while I worked on that, he got in his car and drove clear across town to get the part. He was kind and professional. I strongly recommend them!

Nick came out, found the problem, got the parts, and approval from the warranty company, and had us back to some warmth. All in less than 2 hours. Highly Recommend them.

Adam, this is a very unfortunate situation. We were called out to your home for a broken compressor. We took the time to register your system for warranty, file a claim for the broken compressor and complete the repair. The bill you were sent included labor cost and refrigerant cost to recharge the system. We even applied a 50% discount on the refrigerant cost. We feel we have been fair in our efforts to receive payment. We wish you the best of luck going forward.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and not expensive compare to other companies. Nick came, found the issue with my furnace and fix it within the week. He explained the issue with detailed information on why it happened in the first place. A definitely 10/10 service.

Noble HVAC kept in great communication with us and our home warranty company to get and keep the ball rolling. As soon as the equipment was in they were here to remove old system and install the new! They also do a great job at explaining the difference between old and new and what to expect in the upcoming days.
