Looking for a change
I recently had a bad injury that kept me from working out for over a year. I lost strength on my right arm due to surgery and also gained weight from not being very mobile. I was looking for a change in workout routine and also for strength building.
Jezzica was very forthcoming and encouraging therefore I joined Nomad with a goal to build my arm strength.
The classes are very well laid out and they have incredible instructors.
Not only did they exceed my expectations but I feel great after every class and will continue with them.

It’s easier to complete your fitness goals when you’re not alone too… and the challenge makes me come in more and become closer with the other Nomad students.

Shannon and his instructors are ALL tough as nails but also support and encourage each individual to honor where they are in their personal fitness goals and journey! You get a true feeling of camaraderie and connection in almost every person that shares that gem space! Training was great they took good care of me im a 60 yo male out of shape, the staff was excellent they helped me on my weightloss journey i believed That I lost about 12 plus lbs in the 6 weeks I was going.. Always a great work out. Going out of state to work.
I will miss the Camaraderie.

Going there I found that the team worked well with people of all experiences! They had a variety of classes to choose from which was nice. I tend to get bored of the same things and Nomad provided enough to keep me engaged for a long time. I would go back and recommend. Also great for women, I’ve had no issues with men and actually enjoy that the classes can be mixed and not feel uncomfortable. There are also women instructors! 10/10

This place has definitely been a great experience for me. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay long to do my own personal financial hardships. But all in all this place has definitely built my confidence in defense, everyone here is so kind and understanding and they really try to help you out in every class. They definitely get your heart pumping and it is so good for the mental. I definitely plan to come back when I get back on my feet financially. Thank you guys for a great experience!❤️

I have only taken two classes here but my experience so far has been very educational and welcoming. I have zero experience in self-defense so I was nervous to just jump right in, but the classes are set-up for people of all levels of experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking how to learn self-defense.
