Waqar from Ascot Plumbing and Heating stepped in at short notice after being let down by other plumbers.
He arrived promptly the next morning and efficiently repaired my faulty boiler and heating at a reasonable price.

I can't recommend Ascot plumbing enough. I had another company come out to look at my boiler and they wrongly diagnosed it, and replaced the pump, that wasn't the problem. I called Ascot on a Saturday and they turned up quickly. They diagnosed the fault, a problem with the heat exchanger, and said he'd come back in 3 days. He managed to get hold of the part the next day, and fitted it straight away. If I have any more plumbing issues in the future, they'll be the first people I'll call.

We contacted in the evening and the response was very quick. Very polite , down to earth person. Ali has a good sense of humour and sorted out a new stop valve on our pipe.
Very knowledgeable and explained the problem in simple terms for me to understand.

Honestly, it was such a pleasure to meet a really nice decent bloke. My boiler broke down, and after not having the best experience with a home policy engineer, I was put in touch with ascott plumbing. Came same day and diagnosed promptly. Part arrived sooner than expected and fitted the following evening. Not many engineers would work so late in the evening to help customers get fixed. Old traditional values with expertise knowledge. Wouldn't even hesitate to recommend.

Called Ascot Plumbing and Heating and spoke to waqar to report breakdown of my boiler at 19:31. Waqar Attended half an hour later!!! AND resolved the issue within the HOUR. Unbelievably quick and friendly. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Quick response to an issue with our boiler that didn’t have an obvious fix. Waqar was determined to find a solution for us and even drove to us on a Sunday evening to ensure we went without hot water for the shortest time possible! So grateful for his help!
