I have recently had my bathroom renovated by NOW Bathrooms, and am very happy with the result. The whole team were great, from Susan at the end of the phone, who was very helpful answering all my questions, to Josh who did some of the work as well as coordinating everything, and also Phoenix, Luke, Marc and Daryl. Josh always kept me well informed and any hiccups along the way were dealt with appropriately. The whole team were punctual and polite and always cleaned well up at the end of the day. I love my new bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending this business.

We could not have dreamed of such a wonderful bathroom & ensuite renovation result. Josh, Susan and all the tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterer, painters) were nothing short of exceptional. Josh is a master tradesperson and he managed the entire renovation process seamlessly. Josh was able to transform our very old and broken bathroom and en-suite into two beautiful and functional bathrooms that we absolutely adore. Exceeded our expectations. Our renovation was not an easy one, as we have an older home - but Josh managed the task with a calmness and professionalism well beyond his young years. He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares, he communicates updates daily and leaves the area so clean and tidy every day. All these are rare qualities to find in tradespeople these days. It did not feel like we were living through a renovation at all, it was stress free. I would highly recommend Josh for all your bathroom renovation needs. Thank you to Josh, Sue and the Bathroom Renovations Team. We too had a tired old bathroom that got a complete facelift. Every aspect of this project from initial planning through to completion and all the parts in between were handled smoothly and we could not of asked for a better company to work with. Josh and the team were so easy to deal with, and were happy to work with us to deliver us the exact bathroom that we were after. Will be getting the team to complete more rooms in my house shortly!

My renovation was a complex job with 20 foot ceilings and a separate toilet area that had to be altered. I had other renovators to give a quote and was told that what I wished to have done was not possible. However Bathroom Renovations saw no problem and were able to crate a bulk head above the Shower. This also allowed installation of a heat lamp. The quote was very competitive and the work was done on time and within cost despite finding items that had to be altered as different things were discovered in this old warehouse buildings. Josh was very helpful and the work was done with minimal disruption. Susan was very good in helping with the design and suggestions for fittings. I recommended them to my son who was having his bathroom renovated as well.

Josh went above and beyond for us. He renovated both our bathrooms. He was meticulous and thorough! All his trades were punctual and professional and his tiler even sung a few tunes! And was very entertaining! Our kitchen was being renovated at the same time by someone els and Josh was so helpful to us throughout this experience! I could not recommend Josh highly enough in service and workmanship.
