Bought a loft bed awhile ago, a great space saver and very stylish. The store has superb customer service.

Really easy and quick to deal with. Daughter loves her new bed, she’s pretty rough on things (in an active and energetic way) so we’ll see how it holds up. But so far, so good!

Good solid bunk bed

Great product for the price & good service

Gary was very helpful, thorough and overall excellent service. Their delivery crew also went above and beyond to carry the furniture to the 2nd floor (they did not have to and could have said no). As for the bunker, well, it IS sturdy and of good quality. However, a word of caution: the instruction pamphlet is unclear in certain areas. There are parts that are either mislabeled or not labeled at all. Also, the manual is for a right sided bunker while the product we ended up with is left sided. So, you'll need to pay a little extra attention. The build is NOT easy by bunker standards. Doable, sturdy but not easy. Strongly recommend assembling it with 3 people.

Item came in three large boxes and weighed up to 45kgs per box so, if you are ordering be sure to have the space to receive these boxes. Delivery was within 15days from order and was professionally delivered. MASSIVE item list with huge bag of screws, plugs, you name it. It was a bit daunting at first but the boxes are marked 1-3 and I started with the first box (and viola, it had the instructions in it!!). Assembly wasn't difficult but there were one or two boards that did not align by way of holes and now we have two draws that are misaligned. Two people minimum required to assemble this set and it will take up to 6 hours to do a decent job of it. Overall, the product is of good quality, strong slats for mattress and the mattress (additional purchase) itself appears comfortable. I believe the product price is very fair the service was excellent. Generally I am very satisfied with this purchase.

It was really a great buy and my kids happy with the bunk bed.The quality of the bed were good and beautifully made.Gary provide a very good service, fast response and good quality. Even we have encountered some problem with the parts, he quick response and send a replacement within few days. Highly recommended.

Where do I start? After finding some outdoor furniture on Trade Me we decided to contact the company about a few queries we had. I dealt with the owner Gary. I can't thank you enough Gary for being so accommodating over the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. We delayed delivery due to the Christmas break and holidays, no problem for Gary to store it. When we were ready for delivery the company used to freight it from Tauranga to Auckland were amazing. This was Premier Movers. They delivered on a Saturday, were efficient, called to confirm someone would be home and they would be 15 minutes away, helped my husband put the very large box where he wanted it and were ever so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to deal with a your company Gary, so eager to please. High quality products, wonderful customer service and delivery! This is a company that really cares! At a time when COVID first hit our nation, it was this company that sustained its communication with me right through to the end-they were amaziing. With supplies being halted all over the world and their stocks affected the one thing they maintained that many others didn't was calm, connection with customers and care. I finally got my beautiful Ashley bunks and assembled these with ease. The company checked on me to make sure everything was ok with the product.
