Niousha was great to work with! He was helpful and answered all questions promptly. Our group enjoyed each type of bike we each rode -ebikes, gravel bikes, and tour bike. They were solid bikes and we had no issues on our 14 day trek. I'd highly recommend O2 Cycles if you're going to cycle in France!

This is a very good bike shop. I rented a hybrid from them in March 2024 to ride the canal de la Garonne trail starting in Bordeaux. The pick-up and drop-off went very smoothly. The bike worked great and the price was very reasonable.

Sending out a big "Thank You" to Sam and the rest of the team at O2 . We just finished using their bikes for a tour from Bordeaux to Toulouse (and a little further down the Canal de Midi). O2's pretrip communications with me were great for the pretrip arrangements. Bike delivery and return were also excellent. The bikes were high quality and provided an excellent experience. Racefiets gehuurd voor 5 dagen. Communicatie vooraf via de mail is goed en snel. Bij het ophalen stond de fiets gereed. Zag er goed onderhouden uit. Fiets was zo goed als mogelijk geschikt gemaakt voor mijn lengte >2m (lange zadel- en stuurpen & spacers). Punt van aandacht is het daadwerkelijk afstellen van de fiets bij het ophalen. Prima ervaring verder. Aanrader!

02 Cycles were just terrific: professional and very pleasant. The three bikes that we ordered were all set up and delivered precisely on time at the agreed meeting place. They made extra adjustments to fit some of my thinks on the bike. The bikes were solid and comfortable, the front handlebar bag and phone attachments were top quality and sturdy. The people were a joy to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending this company very highly.

Rented a gravel bike for a 4 day trip. Prompt, efficient delivery and pickup, with excellent communication by email and text. Incredibly reasonable prices, and incredible gear. The Cube Nuroad was perfect for the canal trail—paved and gravel—and the panniers were waterproof and rugged. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat! I’ve done tours all over the world, and O2 is among the best! They have a really informative website as well—read the FAQs if planning a trip, and don’t forget to book a bike ticket as well if taking the train!

Extremely pleased!! We rented 2 bikes with panniers and handlebar bags for a two week trip on the 500 kms tour de Gironde. Everything worked out well. The bikes arrived and were picked up at the predetermined time. They were in excellent condition and we had no maintenance problems. Both Celia and Norbert answered all pertinent questions that we had before our trip. Communication in English was just fine. I would highly recommend this company. If I return to Bordeaux, I will gladly rent bikes from them.

We were met the train station in Bordeaux by 02 - really nice, professional guy explained the bikes, adjusted to our sizes and provided a little repair kit and some spares. The bikes were nearly new and super nice. Light, well maintained and perfect for our needs. When we got back we agreed a collection and all went very smoothly. This was the perfect way to explore the city and countryside, and O2 were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Next time we will rent panniers too, so we don't have to tape our bags to the bikes! :)

Great service, reasonably priced. Managed to accommodate 15 cyclists, electric and manual with suitability to height and bike preference. Norbert was great, gave a good summary of knowledge of the area for our ride, too. Would recommend and use again

FĂŒr eine Woche haben wir zwei Top-Touring-FahrrĂ€der bekommen. PĂŒnktlich an den Treffpunkten, zum Start und zur RĂŒckgabe wurden wir freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Am Start gab es noch tolle Tipps fĂŒr die Tour. Reparaturservice, Schlösser und eine passende Lenkertasche gab es dazu (for free) 😀. Die Konversation konnten wir sehr gut auf Englisch fĂŒhren. Einfach klasse! Vielen Dank! Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
