I am a nervous patient. But just had a 2 hour appointment and Rashim was brilliant.

I would like to thank Christine for completing my hygiene clean today, I was extremely nervous and put it off for so long, but she was so patient and kind, as was her assistant, and I feel so grateful to have found such a lovely dentist; I now feel confident to move forward with looking after my teeth, and will no longer be frightened to attend! Thanks so much - lovely team all round x

I cannot praise highly enough. I am an extremely nervous patient. I was put at ease immediately with the lovely receptionist, Catherine. The dentist herself was gentle, explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable and amazing. A gem in the world of dentistry.

I would like to recommend this practice. I have always been nervous of dental treatment till i used this practice. They have brought my Smile back. 😁

It’s taken me a while to think about this review as when I try to write it I get quite emotional. My teeth were in a terrible state. I had spent years with them rotting, crumbling and breaking. Last year one of my front teeth had broken off revealing a nasty black tooth.. I could no longer smile at anyone. I hadn’t been to the dentist since my early teens due to a nasty experience and I was terrified. I originally contacted Oakmor by email as I couldn’t even pick up the phone to make an appointment. Catherine called me back and calmly spoke to me and I made an initial appointment. I was so scared that she even offered to meet me outside and walk in with me. Once registered I was offered a choice of dentist. I chose Dr Rashim Babla. The lady that has restored my confidence and saved my life. After initial consultation it was apparent that I would need an awful lot of work. Rashim put a plan in place and estimated the price so the work could be completed in an order from less to more intrusive to build my confidence. I had multiple fillings then multiple extractions and was then fitted for dentures. All the work was completed within six months. I have since visited the Hygienist Christine who was very kind and actually taught me to clean my teeth properly…. I had been doing it wrong for 48 years! I have since signed up to the practices dental plan so I will now be a regular patient. As I had so much work done at the practice I think have met all the staff and what a lovely welcoming group of people they are. I never felt judged at the mess I had got myself in. Since getting the work completed I have been promoted at work, laugh again without covering my mouth and don’t miss that slightly devastated look that people used to give me when they got a glimpse of my mouth. Once again I would highly recommend Oakmor and the most amazing Dr Rashim Babla and the amazing team of people they are. I don’t have a picture from before the work but will add one from middle to end. Thank you Oakmor!

I am happy to highly recommend the Oakmoor practice. I have been a patient there for 2 years and the entire team is really friendly and make me feel at ease, from Catherine’s welcome to hygiene sessions with Christine. Rashim has been superb in her advice with any issue, she is really professional and ensures we focus on preventative care.

Since moving to Essex I was lucky enough to register at Oakmor Dental Practice; looked after by the wonderful Dr Babla and her colleagues. They are professional, friendly and always give superb advice. They were able to straighten and whiten my wonky teeth into the perfect smile I’ve always wanted ready for my wedding, despite a very limited time frame! I now have the smile I’ve always wanted, but put off fixing for so long. My anxious 7 year old step son has sensory issues and was scared of the dentist - he came along for a routine check up and staff were fantastic with him. Thanks to them he’s relaxed and happy about visiting the dentist. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. You’ll be in super hands with Dr Babla and her team.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist after bad experiences in the past but as soon as I walked into oakmor and was greeted by DR Rashim and her staff I felt relaxed and thanks to their hard work and patience I have a wonderful smile and am very happy and have no fears about going to oakmor can't thank them enough and appreciate all their help

I would highly recommend Oakmor. Lovely staff and Dr Rashim is the best dentist I have ever used. She spent 45 minutes on a very difficult extraction for me but made me feel very comfortable throughout. You can get an appointment faster than at the NHS. Thumbs up to Oakmoor and all their staff.

I was very nervous, but as soon as Rashim saw me she put my mind at ease with her calm demeanour and clear communication. I can highly recommend the professional and quality service provided.

Just back from my wife having tooth extraction. Such lovely dentist Rashim and staff. My wife was so so nervous and crying and they were so patient and kind and we all ended up laughing together. Rashim's dental nurse held her hand all the time and made her feel so much more relaxed. The receptionist Catherine was lovely too as was Charlie eho we saw before. From the moment you walk through the door they just make you feel welcome and are so friendly.

I visited oakmor at an extremely low point in my life. I had broken and extremely damaged teeth and it was affecting every aspect of life. From the moment I stepped through the doors I was greeted by the warmest, most welcoming and kind people who made me feel instantly comfortable. Rashim, my dentist, has just been incredibly. I sat in her chair and sobbed and she instantly took no judgement, checked me out and made a plan of action. I didn't feel embarrassed or berated at any time, which is a huge difference to previous experiences with dentists. I went ahead with huge anxiety and have spent two months having treatments almost weekly. I am no longer scared of dentists, even when I am having large treatments I was full of trust that rashim will have everything in hand. I was never in pain, rashim made sure of that every step of the way. We chatted about family, holidays and the entire team have just been absolutely incredible. I honestly don't think I have the words to describe how much these people have changed my life (which sounds extreme but it's true) Thank you all for everything

I was very nervous to go to a dentist! Didn't go for years! I Started to come to oakmor and greeted by Catherine who helped my nerves. Then my dentist Rashim who is lovely and kept me calm. It's been a few years of coming here now and my nerves have pretty much gone. I still get a nervous twitch in my face when I see a dentist but all the butterfly's and feeling sick has gone. I even use Christine the hygienest now. 5 years ago you would never have caught me going to a dentist and choosing to have my teeth cleaned. Amazing service from all the staff. I'm even thinking of getting braces 😬 iam 35 years old who would have thought it! I recommend this place to anyone especially if your petrified.
