Hello Lewis, I'm sorry if you had an unpleasant experience at the store. The worker who has her children there is not one of our employees. She is the employee of laundry company that uses our machines, so she is technically a customer. We do try to provide a great experience and environment for all of our customers and certainly we do not condone or encourage running amok around the laundromat. I will address this with my staff. That said, we also are helping some people displaced by Milton flooding, so we are being a bit lenient as we help these people who have lost so much. Thank you so much for your patience and for the feedback.
