Way to dam expensive

I went into O'Charleys on July 26, 2024. The bar was closed, due to having no bartender. Everywhere I've ever either worked or went to grab a bite from, the Manager it was such a disappointment that we couldn't sit at the bar, or get a drink with our meal, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Service has gone down hill since Carl left. The management corrects it's employees in front of guest and not in private most of the time. O'Charleys used to be my favorite place to eat. I guess until new management come into the building to fix the problem, I will not be returning.

We always sit in the bar here. The service is fantastic. My favorite is the cedar plank salmon and it's always good. I tried the chicken soup for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. My husband loves the grilled chicken tenders. The server turned a bad day into a good day. She was fabulous.

Had plank salmon... Very good!! Waitress was on it ..smiling, efficient and courteous. Atmosphere was nice. Enjoyed the music over the stereo system. Nice place to dine out.

Good was pk staff was great

This has become our favorite place for date night since my husband works so much and loves their steak. Best burgers anywhere in my opinion. Their family dinners are the greatest when you have a bunch of grandchildren to feed at home. It's truly our favorite place.

Kimberly was an exceptional server! And her strawberry margaritas are the best!

The food was very tasty, but our service was minimal and lacking.

Our family use to LOVE OCharleys in the early 2000’s but I think definitely it’s changed.. This place was not what we were expecting.. service wasn’t great and neither was our food.. very disappointed.. 🥲

Used to be a great place. Preserved food almost weekly curbside. Few months ago I got raw salmon and then they got rid of the combo I always ordered. Decided to order steak and ribs. Well done which I confirmed. Steak was Raw. And I mean seared on the outside raw to the skin. Will never order here again. Back to my Texas Roadhouse. I took a picture but literally can’t eat steak tonight so I won’t do that to you all. Smh

Glad that there is at least still one o'charley's left within reasonable driving distance. We go for their rolls and all the restaurants closer have closed. But food is always delicious and service was great, Kim at the bar did an amazing job.

Nope, not a fan! Won't be back. Go eat there and tell me I'm wrong...
