I needed an ESA for my apartment but I'm not a Florida resident, and so my landlord wouldn't accept the ESA letter I got from Official Pets. I called the therapist I spoke with the get my letter and he sent me through to Leon in customer service who spoke with me and offered to look for some Kansas contacts he might have, recommended other ESA services, and then even gave me a full refund. Even though it didn't work out for me specifically, I HIGHLY recommend using this company (provided your state accepts out of state letters 😅). Thanks so much to Leon and the whole team for your exceptional assistance!!!

I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Dr. Leon and the therapist. They were in touch with me before and after the appointment. They even refunded my money because I accidentally chose the PSD option instead of the ESA option and I told them they could keep it and he insisted and put my money back on my card.
