I ordered a skid plate kit for my ATV and 2 pcs were incorrect because of a little confusion in the order process, but Kurt came through and sent out replacements which I received very promptly. Great product and even better customer service!

Was not impressed. Ordered a 54 inch plow and after 3 weeks called and asked where is it? Was told were out and would you like a 48 or 60 inch? Why did I have to call? Also installation directions are terrible and I have more extra parts than what picture directions show to use.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately we assumed your order had been delivered as we weren't told by our distributor that the size you had ordered was on backorder. The good news is you were able to speak with an American about your issue and we were able to make it right. As for the installation instructions- we don't manufacture that product. We appreciate your honest review.

Poor Service, go elsewhere! Terrible customer service!! Impossible to get ahold of them to follow up when your order doesn't ship on time. Then when what you ordered doesn't fit on your machine they will jerk you around for 3 or 4 business days not returning calls and sending half ass responses before you have to demand to speak to the manufacturer to solve your own problems. Their phone system is screwed up and extremely frustrating. One time I received a call from the owner, but when I picked up he must have only pocket dialed me back because I hear him asking a child if they "wiped their butt enough". EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING.

The enclosure Offroad Armor made for our 4 person Kawasaki mule arrived in a timely fashion. It fits well, and we are extremely happy with it. We are especially happy it will help keep us warm this winter.
